Hotellet var fullbooket. Ingen informasjon om at vi måtte flyttes til et annet overnattingsted i området om de fant noe tilgjengelig. Det ble til slutt et gjestgiveri i nærhet på et rom som normalt ikke leies ut pga av standard. Dette til samme pris som Clarion Hotel Gardermoen.

Bra men hadde trøbbel med lyset på rommet og det var ikke mulig å regulere varmen
Da jeg så at dette hotellet var en del av Strawberry, ble jeg redd for at Gunnillan hadde stukket av med alt baconet. Overraskelsen var derfor stor da hotellet hadde den beste hotellfrokosten på lenge. Ekstra kred for sjokolademelk på tapp, egen omelettkokk og litt søtsaker som kickstarta ferien!

Cercanía al aeropuerto , shuttle directo por 7€, desayuno abundante , habitación amplia y cómoda y personal amable.
Al estar en obras resultaba un poco incómodo .

The hotel itself is excellent but getting there was far more confusing because there are multiple bus services to the hotel from the airport. This was not explained when we queried the hotel but it led to huge confusion and delays to get to the hotel. They never answered many of our requests for clarification . If you buy tickets for the train from central station and a bus at the train station, you need to know exactly which bus service and waiting location for that particular bus. The hotel staff mentioned one of those but unfortunately the tickets we purchased were for another bus . They never specified the specific s when we purchased the tickets either.
Getting there from the airport .
clean and nice
The hotel’s parking system is frustrating, confusing, and expensive. You have to pay at an outside machine, and despite staying overnight, there is no daily or flat 24-hour parking rate available.
Because parking is charged continuously by the hour, moving your car triggers extra fees. My friend checked in first with our rental car, but couldn't drive 5 minutes to pick me up at the airport two hours later without us incurring additional parking fees to exit and re-enter. As a result, I had to pay $10 for a shuttle bus instead to keep our car not move then pay one time fee
The lack of guest-friendly parking rates and confusing payment setup ruined what should have been a convenient airport stay.
