Pros:

분명히 예약완료됐고 돈까지 결제됐는데 당일에 호텔가니까 방이 다 나갔다고 다른 호텔로 인계하는
황당한 상황을 겪었고, 인계했으면 인계한 호텔이랑 플래티넘 호텔이랑 서로 비용문제 해결해야 되는데 인계된 호텔에서도 숙박비를 요구하고 플래티넘은 바로 취소해주지도 않아서 아직도 환불못받은 탓에 여행내내 괜히 불안하고 짜증이나고 귀국한 현시점까지도 화가납니다.최악

Pros:

Awesome location! Had problems on checkout as our hotel which was paid in full with Expedia was not accepted and we had to pay again for our hotel even though we had proof of payment. The manager said payment had not been received and therefore we had to pay. So be ready to pay twice. The rooms were fine and breakfast was ok. Best thing about the hotel was the location.
