Good place to stay
Pros:

We stayed here one night while we visited Hersheypark. It's a short 20 minute drive to the park. Check-in was quick, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, & the A/C worked well. Breakfast was good, price was right.

Clean and big room

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude. It was like they didn't even want to be there. I am a very friendly and polite person. I was smiling after being on the road for 8 hours and they were very rude. She actually said "what are you smiling about?" It is supposed to be pet friendly but she rolled her eyes and audibly sighed about our medium-sized dog. They also charged me $50 for our dog and fish in a small tank. We were moving from Upstate NY to Texas for a military move and had to bring the fish in so it didn't die on the trip. Never been charged a $30 pet fee to bring in a 5 gallon fish and fish tank.

Cute Outdoor Pool - Hotel Needs Makeover
Pros:

This hotel is very gritty from the outside - the area is very barren and unattractive - it’s basically on the side of a freeway. The room was exactly as shown in the photos - SO dark and inexplicably red and orange decor. The bathroom was tiny and very worn and rundown. However, the people working there were nice and everything did seem clean. Breakfast was as expected - waffle maker, yogurt, etc. The outdoor pool was very cute though it rained when we were there so my kids never used it. We were there for a tournament so it was more expensive than it would have been otherwise. If you’re paying more than $150 a night for this place you are paying too much. Needs a total refresh.

Clean, quiet & spacious room!
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with a very pleasant breakfast. My only complaint (suggestion). Move the toilet paper! You have to reach behind to get to it.
Also, a night light in the bathroom would be great. Turning on a bright light in the middle of the night is extremely disruptive to sleep.

Pros:

My third time staying here. My wife left behind a pillow that she uses. On my return trip home I stopped in and was able to get the pillow. This hotel has my future business. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Unbeatable.

Excellent hotel if you have kids and are going to Hershey.
Pros:

We stayed here when we went to Hershey Park and it was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable and the pool and free breakfast were the icing on the cake. Would recommend.
