The receptionist was very nice and professional. She made us feel welcomed and explained everything very thoroughly. She even helped us get into our room when our key cards did not work.
It is very outdated and could use some updating. The pool has no life vests for kids which was very disappointing. Our key cards gave us some trouble. Our tub was dirty when the water came out. It was just not very comfortable for a family with toddlers. Although if traveling alone or as a couple, it could be a very comforting stay. It just wasn't great for us.
Great location for Hersheypark and Harrisburg. Hotel was clean and comfortable and great value for money.
The location was priced well and near where I needed to be. Staff at the front desk were very nice and seemed be having fun at work, which makes the overall energy better.
Room was dated and damp. I set the HVAC unit to max dry and left for a few hours. There was a damp smell and the shower had mold in the corners. The bathroom door slammed into the shower every time you opened it.

Needed a place to stay due to a flight cancellation. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional. Overnight staff especially Tiffany was helpful checking me in at the late hour. Room was clean and comfortable

No towels. Trash not removed. Used towels, trash stacked up in the hall on second floor. Not enough chairs in the breakfast room. Ran out of coffee! Had to ask for more??? Why not two carafes or more in serving area?
