Pros:

The location is perfect for travelling both to/from Venice and the airport, but not so great for strolling around Mestre itself. The airport shuttle stop is minutes away which was our priority for the 6am flight. Reception is 24hrs meaning no issues with early checkout. The room was spotless, the beds comfortable. 7th floor meant the room was quiet too. One of the top rated restaurants is nearby.

L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre est propre et confortable. Peut être un petit frigo aurait été mieux.
Cependant, un effort à faire pour le personnel peu souriant et pas vraiment accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner est pu varié.

Cons:

Dirty rooms and blankets, the staff are so disrespectful and change the towels every 3 days no heating in the daytime even though the weather is cold, we just didn't stay in the hotel and booked somewhere else, it is might be a cheaper option but not the best for the holidays

Το ξενοδοχείο,ήταν εξαιρετικό.Ακριβως έξω,υπάρχει στάση για τα βαπορετα,που είναι ταξί που σε μεταφέρουν εύκολα και γρήγορα σε όλη την βενετία.Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και με διάθεση να σου δώσει πληροφορίες.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καινούριο,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον,και πολύ εύκολο να βρεθείς στο κέντρο της πόλης.Μπορεις να πας ευκολα με τα πόδια στον σταθμό τρένου.Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.,

Στο πρωινό,ενώ ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ νόστιμα με μεγάλη ποικιλία,υπήρχε ένα άγχος από τις κοπέλες που δουλεύανε εκεί έτσι ώστε με το που έπαιρνε κάποιος κάτι για να φάει από τον μπουφέ,αμέσως πηγαίνανε να το αντικαταστήσουν...εμένα όλο αυτό με αγχωνε,διότι σε κάθε μου κίνηση ένιωθα ότι με κοιτάνε..Αυτό βέβαια δείχνει πόσο υπεύθυνο και σοβαρό είναι το προσωπικό,και ότι θέλουν να είναι όλα στην εντέλεια,απλά εμένα αυτό δεν είναι και τόσο του γούστου μου.
