Great place, will stay again
Pros:

Great place for a vacation! We stayed with our two dogs, and the area has plenty of green space for pets. The shower had a handheld shower head, and it was positioned low, which was really convenient for washing our dogs’ paws. The rooms are spacious, the on-site restaurant is very good, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It was very clean. The location is excellent and close to all the main attractions. Valet parking is fast and convenient, but I assume the car stayed outside, so it was quite dusty and covered in bird droppings. Not a big problem, but just something to be aware of.

Cons:

No microwave in the room was a bit inconvenient, but one was brought to us upon request so wasn’t a big problem. No towels or other supplies for pets even upon request.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. A little expensive but overall great!

Probably will not stay again, don’t like anywhere that intentionally or unintentionally place charges on my account.
Pros:

Location. Spacious upscale rooms. Great property overall.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I was charged parking valet and early check in when one I didn’t valet any car; I don’t drive nor had a driver nor checked in early. I called my bank. No problem, Just a weird suspect thing.

Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful; great location that was short walk to restaurants and metro; large comfortable room with good shower and bed. Definitely recommend this hotel!
