We had to purchase and extra night as our train home was cancelled and we had to rebook. The hotel kept us in the same room and it worked out great.
We did not like that booking.com would not allow us to add another night to our original reservation and needed to make a whole new booking.
Ezekiel and Eddy provided outstanding service throughout our stay - friendly, helpful, competent - in this clean, efficient environment wirh a good restaurant near many more, a large and well equipped room with a comfortable bed, great urban view near metro
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great, especially Ezekial and Jose. It's also close to the metro and other trendy restaurants and attractions.
Where do I start! The beautiful room was so comfortable. The staff were very attentive and accomodating. The food at their Firefly restaurant was delicious! The Hotel is in a convienient central location. Ezekiel and Jose were the vision of hospitality.
The hotel was very cute and a great vibe. Mj was funny, Jose and Ezekiel were really helpful and all the staff were warm and welcoming. PS the free daily drink helps!
