Great location and place. I wish I lived there
The staff were exceptional, really easy to get recommendations for things to do and places to eat and make organising transfers easy. Facilities were great for us as we travelled as a group of 8. Different room configurations gave us flexibility. There are no lifts here, but the stairs weren't an issue for us.

The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed, ample space, comfy beds, full kitchen, great aircon and a wonderful view of the beach! The staff also made it a very special stay.
Nothing. Everything was just as we hoped. If I had to say something it would be that on weekend there is some noise from pub across street but this is quiet by 10pm and the villa can’t control this, otherwise is very peaceful area.
It was a great spot and walking distance to restaurants, massages, coffee shops. The staff were just awesome, especially Dom who went above and beyond, helping us out with a delayed flight. The communication was excellent.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were great, I left some clothes behind and they made sure I got them back, and were helpful and communicative in every other way. It was close to everything you needed. Good shower, nice big tv with Netflix logins and a cute pool just outside our door.
It started to smell a bit damp after a few days. Also, there was a noisy place opposite with backpackers (I think) but it always quietened down at a good time.
Doung (sp?) at the front desk is just amazing, the cleaning staff are also wonderful. Good hot water good Wi-Fi comfortable bed perfect location.
There wasn't anything we didn't like
I liked that laid back, friendly location, everything was convenient, but.. mostly hotel staff made my holidays unforgettable and enjoyable! Especially girl at reception Dong 😍 She just went extra mile for me, helped me organising tours, getting drivers, etc., she even helped me to get to the local market to get fresh fruits and with lots of other things:) I've been in quite few places before but, guess first time when I felt so like at home:)

Good hotel, great location and lovely staff. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, even the driver they arranged to take me to the airport. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, a a short walk to the beach. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes by Grab, which is very convenient. I'd recommend if you want a quieter stop and to be close to the beach.

If you need beach view from the apartment then I would say this was best !
If you like to be more central or near town then I d say it’s not close to town.
We were on level 4 and there were no lift access so that didn’t help as I had an injury.
We needed a washing machine and booked the property Basis the ad but our apartment didn’t have it.
The ad and the apartment allocated also suggested beach access from ground level but it looks like they are old photos and buildings have come up now.
Being located a short Grab drive out of the Old Town meant we had a very relaxing time. We could see and hear the beach, there were great places to eat two minutes walk away. Very relaxing!
