Great value for location and comfort!
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location, simple and clean, full kitchen access (bring your own spices and ingredients), complimentary coffee and tea, customized local playlist (QR code), white noise machine, and extremely comfortable bed.

Cons:

Fan was a bit loud, so the white noise machine was nice to overlap that. Other guests may like more areas for storage and organization (only had 1 dining table, and 1 bench).

Very pleasant stay in the Savannah historic district
Pros:

Fantastic location, right on the walking tour of Savannah. We parked our car in a city lot and walked everywhere. Dog-friendly, a big plus for us. Large unit with a kitchen. Basic furnishings, all we needed. Reasonably priced.

Cons:

Neighbors were a bit noisy.

Almost perfect. I'll definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. I could walk to every venue at the Savannah Book Festival.

I really missed not having cable tv. The hair dryer was broken.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location couldn't be better! Youʻre in the heart of historic Savannah. I felt really safe and secure in the building as you need to enter a code at multiple entry points. The apartments are on the top floor of a three-story office building. There is no front desk or staff on the property so you'll need to be self sufficient. The studio was perfect with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Just FYI, walls are thin (a baby cried all night)

With no staff on site if things don’t go well you could be in trouble like we were. Unfortunately, we were never able to

Cons:

We were never able to get in. The keypad wouldn’t work and there was no one around to help us. After two hours and it being 10 PM at night, we had to find other accommodations.

Amazing location, great staff, great security.
Pros:

Proximity in historic Savannah, the security of the building, the response time of the staff

Cons:

The ONLY thing that could make this place better would be some sort of parking validation but honestly parking locations are very close to the facility and not very expensive at all.

Pros:

The location was good . Close to shoping and food.
There were several parks near by that was nice .
Had to spend the majority of the time out side anyway

Cons:

Upon arrival I got an email that the ac was broken .
There has been no compensation offered for the inconvenience. ( they did put a fan in the room)
That alone made the room extremely uncomfortable.
The layout of the room was odd but manageable.
There was very low pressure in the shower and the bed was so uncomfortable my back still hurts .
Not to mention the digital check in process was absolutely horrible I went back and forth for 3 days to even get checked in.
I tried to cancel and they refused and tried to charge me 491$ cancel fee due to there issues.
I was forced to take the reservation and then on top had no ac all weekend ..
The value of the room feels way off for the experience.
I dont mind 250, 3 or 4 hundred a nite ..
But it needs to be of that valve and unfortunately its just not.

Peaceful and comfortable stay in a nicely renovated vintage building.
Pros:

The apartment was large and spacious and had everything you would need for a long or short stay. Very walkable to everywhere in downtown Savannah. Just loved it.
