Good and close to the airport.
The property offered one way in and one way out. The place looked like it was put together last week. Tables and furniture were put in places to make it look like it the property had stuff, but it did not match as far as cargoes and types of tables and chairs. There was an advertisement poster for a freightliner truck in the restaurant that was obviously closed. Mirrors frames, and walls and a lot of other things were painted over and it looks like it was painted over with one coat of paint.
A lot of items look like they were from the 70s such as the couches in the rooms.
There was mold on the window frame in my room. The windows would not open because they were sealed shut. There was stains on my mattress and the sheets had a yellow tinge to them.
The pool bottom was discolored and probably full of algae. Photoshop could do wonders and made the place look nice. The place is Old and is uplifting paint job.
Room wasn’t clean sheets dingy, staff unavailable & none of the electrical outlets worked not even the reset button so my phone died. Next morning when I went to check out I informed the staff & he was very unconcerned. Definitely won’t return very pleased I didn’t pay more-& the place needs to be renovated.looks nice on the outside.

The location was okay for the stay. The room was okay except the bathroom toilet wasn’t up to par. Had to flush it three, four times to clear your waste.
When I booked the room; it mentioned the breakfast would be served. But that was a lie. Had to go out and get breakfast!!

They literally made me pay for the hotel even though I paid online. It was so rude and the front office lady named Simone wouldn’t even work with me. They are a scam. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
A place to sleep even though I barely slept. The clerk that helped us check in was amazing!
I'm from Birmingham and know what goes on in that place, but other than that it just really needs an update! More security to keep a certain crowd out.
We were bitten by several bed bugs.
Have the facility thoroughly cleaned and check to make sure it is cleaned properly daily.

The bed was comfortable
There was no toilet paper. The toilet did not flush properly. It kept running. There was stains in the bathtub and the room was old and the hallway had a musty smell.
parking was reasonable.
no breakfast due to hotel party the previous night. Was told by staff that whenever they have a night party, then they don't do a breakfast. People from party were walking around common areas with very little clothes on.

The cleanliness, no phone, no microwave, there was no complimentary breakfast as the owner told me that it would be, noisy due to them renovating.
The comfortability of the beds and recliner in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect.
The AC barely worked, the toilet struggled to flush properly, the towel rack in the bathroom was upside down on the counter when we entered the room, there was barely any toilet paper, we had to go request rolls from the front desk, only one of the three lights in the room worked, only two of the wall outlets worked in the entire room which made charging phones and tablets difficult and there also was the visible blood splat on the bathroom walls, door and floor. Extremely dissatisfied with the room.
