The location to the airport made the hotel great. The facilities need upgrade

I would have rather slept in my truck
Pros:

Towels had holes and urine stains on them, staff refused to provide more towels, I was trapped in the elevator for 10 minutes. The room smelled of mold and the room was in various stages of rot, leaving me and my guest feeling unclean even more so after showering.

Enjoy my stay
Pros:

The price is affordable. I love the food of restaurant inside hotel and they provided delivery in room which made me feel comfy to enjoy dinner in my room. Everything was good.

The room was OK. The primary problem was with your staff when I checked in the lady did not give me the number for the pick up service when I returned home when I got to the airport in Birmingham upon returning from my destiny destination, I absolutely could not get a hold of the motel to be able to call them to pick me up from the airport. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anybody because it is all automated if she had given me the phone number when I left the motel to go upon my destination it would’ve been a lot easier When I came home. I had to get a taxi to take me back to the motel and then the staff there was rude when I tried to explain to them that I didn’t get a phone number upon leaving the motel to be able to call the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. You need to make it easier to get the phone number or at least to be able to find it online as it is entirely automated and impossible to find a phone number to call your motel directly, I will not be staying at your motel as well as the quality of the room is not really that great And the cleanliness was somewhat questionable O

I’m disappointed ☹️ due to the mold
Pros:

Location, bed and breakfast. I usually love Ramada. It’s my go to. I hate to leave a negative remark.

Cons:

The bathroom had a hole in the roof and it was leaking into a black garbage can. We had to empty it when we got there . Then there’s green mold on the walls. I have pictures

Comfortable bed

Cons:

After calling the hotel non stop for half an hour to use the advertised free shuttle service we got an Uber, We then had to wait as there were no staff around to check us in. The room was big and had everything we needed but dirty and old with patch up repairs that look terrible.
