Very old property. Very worn and some mildew smell in hallways room was clean

We had a nice stay but at the end the housekeeping lady kept pushing to get out. Now mind you checkout is 11am so at 9:4

Our room was along way from the elevator and we had elderly people with us and there is no elevator to that side of the property

This chain needs to move with the times.
Pros:

Close to Jax airport . Comfortable bed , good bed linen and towels. Shuttle is super convenient and arrives to collect you very quickly.

Cons:

Unnecessary aircon makes the room freezing. Lighting in the room is not adequate and the decor of rooms and the hotel in general is depressing ! The shower is over the bath, low pressure and lime scale in the jets!
Breakfast is just awful , tepid coffee and processed food ! Quite sad really.
