The in room HVAC unit was the loudest I have ever experienced in a hotel. Barely slept.
Arrived late, around midnight. Although I prepaid and checked in online the front desk was slow to provide the room key. Wasn’t the the fault of the staff appeared to be a software issue

Shower was a trickle
Airport van only comes to pick up if you call the hotel... I waited 30 minutes in the rain and wind before calling the hotel to learn this fact

Pros:

Staff were very kind. Location is as close as you can get to the airport. Shuttle comes every ten min. On site restaurant and bar. Rooms were clean and large.

Cons:

Odd layout but most rooms overlook the pool. Ppl were on the patio until at least 1130pm loudly hanging out.

Rooms felt dated.

We will stay here again if we have an early morning flight! We got the shuttle to the airport at 3AM
