Loved the stay will definitely stay again.
Pros:

I loved the location and decor of the hotel. It was in a location located near a lot of good food and bars.

Cons:

The staff could have been more friendly. Most of the time when you everted or left the hotel the front desk person never looked up from their phone.
Also, the room key situation was a bit much. Every time we left the room and came back our room key did not work. We had to go down to the front desk every time to get another key.

I would not recommend for the price we paid.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious

Cons:

Advertised as having free breakfast but no breakfast. Neighborhood not so great. Tv did not work. Front desk staff not very helpful

We loved it and will stay there again if we ever stay overnight
Pros:

We loved the location and the staff was very friendly. The drunk monkey wallpaper in the elevator was fabulous. We felt safe and were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go from the hotel easily and not move our car. It was close to everything: restaurants, bars, the tattoo shop we came to NOLA specifically for and a drug store we needed to stop in

Cons:

In the shower, there was a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All three were completely empty. Our fault for not checking beforehand and had we asked about it I know the hotel would have replenished all for us. Definitely not a deal breaker and we would stay there again happily

Nice location
Pros:

A very conveniently placed hotel place near the 12 Street car.They have fair prices and offer free parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is a first-time stay.

Perfect Stay! Free parking and large rooms
Pros:

Hotel was decorated nicely! Had lots of amenities and even had free parking that was secured each night. Easy trolley access right across the street. Staff went above and beyond! Would definitely stay here again.
