Definitely not a place I would stay again
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

There were ants everywhere — in the bathroom, next to the bed and eventually even in my bed.
The room was cleaned again, but unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem.

The bathroom was in poor condition: dirty-looking sealant, water leaking out of the shower all the way towards the toilet and even into the room, and the sink didn’t drain properly.

When I first mentioned the ants, one staff member didn’t seem very interested in helping, although another employee later did make an effort. On another evening, a staff member was asleep behind the reception desk.

The location is great and very close to the beach, but the noise is terrible. You can clearly hear the live music from the restaurant outside, as well as people walking and talking outside. The rooms seem to have almost no soundproofing.

Hotel com alguma falta de manutenção.
Puxadores da varanda estragados, quarto com pouca luz mas que foi resolvido pela funcionaria que foi buscar uma lampada mais forte.A casa de banho tinha a banheira com uma fissura ficando o chão cheio de água.
Só tem gel de banho , não tem shampoo.

Atendimento da rececionista, a menina karine é muito mas mesmo muito simpática e prestativa. É 5 estrelas, o mundo precisa de mais karines.

Buono ma potrebbe migliorare con qualche piccola accortezza in più
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel si trova nella via centrale di santa Maria a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera e bagno spaziosi con terrazzo e climatizzatore. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo abbastanza fornita ma potrebbe essere migliorata, lo yogurt ad esempio andrebbe conservato in un frigo. Sarebbero sufficienti alcune accortezze per rendere migliore il soggiorno presso questa struttura che nel complesso è positivo.

Cons:

Nella camera 201 la doccia è rotta in quanto manca una porta, di conseguenza il bagno si allaga. Il personale delle pulizie è stato poco attento, il sapone era terminato ma è stato sostituito soltanto a seguito della nostra richiesta. In base alla persona che rifaceva la stanza spesso venivano a mancare le lenzuola e veniva messo solo il coprimaterasso.
L’acqua non sempre era calda.

Tenia aire acondicionado y buena ubicación

Cons:

La habitación daba a la calle principal de los bares y había muchísimo ruido durante todo el día, especialmente por las noches, costaba dormir.

Pros:

Emplacement près de la plage d’Estoril , je vous conseille de marcher un peu le long de la plage et d aller au beach club Morabeza. Le restaurant de l’hôtel ainsi que le petit déjeuner nous sommes resté bouche bée à quel point c’était une délice ! La gentillesse du personnel

Nous avons eu invasion de termites ! L’hôtel a nettoyé et désinfecté ils ont été réactif
