Excelente localização
Pros:

Gostamos bastante destes dias no Ouril Hotel Julia! O nosso quarto era confortável, muito limpo e tinha uma varanda para relaxar. A localização é excelente mesmo na rua principal de Santa Maria e apesar disso muito silencioso à noite, e ainda com tudo o que se possa necessitar à distância de uma curta caminhada, mercado, restaurantes, cafés, supermercado, lojas, farmácia, praia... e daqui pode também partir facilmente à descoberta de toda a ilha. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo e espero voltar um dia!

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas o local onde é servido poderia ser melhorado para ficar mais funcional.

Great location..friendly staff..good value for money
Pros:

Location is excellent in the heart of the town..great for restaurants,bars & the beach..Breakfast offered a good selection..Staff were polite & professional & good fun when I spoke them in Portuguese & a little Kriolu(which I don’t think they were expecting😁)

Siamo stati sistemati in una struttura piu' bella ma in una zona diversa da quella prenotata

Cons:

All'arrivo ci è stato detto che non era possibile soggiornare nella struttura che avevamo prenotato e ci hanno portato in un altro hotel Ouril, di categoria piu' alta ma in una posizione un po' piu' decentrata

Cons:

El local del desayuno no era muy cómodo. Era un espacio de paso que parecía hecho para que no te detuvieras. Desayunabas castigada ( de cara a la pared).

Pros:

die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nahe an der City und dem Strand

Cons:

- erschwerend für uns war das Fehlen eines Liftes. Wir hatte 2 schwere Koffer, je 23 kg, und bei einem Alter von 81 Jahren war das Tragee über Treppen eine Qual.
- das Fehlen von einem Stadtplan
- der Frühstücksraum ist mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig, man sitzt fast wie auf einem Barhocker und schaut nur auf die Wand vor sich, und nur 8 Plätze sind auch nicht optimal
- eine Vorabbuchuchung für ein Flughafenshuttle klappte auch nicht, man konnte nicht direkt das Hotel kontaktieren, und eine Zwischenlösung über Booking war mehr als zeitaufwendig. Über eine separate Agentur klappte dann dieser Service

Pros:

Gostei de tudo! O staff é excelente, pessoas extraordinárias, a Karine e a Leri são maravilhosas, assim como as outras pessoas, tornam a nossa estadia muito melhor. Já fiquei varias vezes no Ouril e não desilude. A localização é excelente na rua principal de Santa Maria, melhor é impossível.

Foi agradável.
Pros:

A cama era confortável, bom pequeno-almoço, fomos bem acolhidos.

Cons:

Tinha crianças e o facto de ter escadas dentro do quarto tornou-se um pouco stressante, pois a abertura do corrimão era muito larga e a minha mais pequena cabia por lá.
