Highly recommend and we will be back!
Pros:

Bed was very comfy! We stayed on level 10, there was absolutely no traffic noise up there which I am used to getting from other city stays, bonus was the coffee from downstairs was brilliant!

Cons:

If I have to say one thing, the shower was a little tight getting in but okay once in.

It was an excellent stay and I would gladly stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a brilliant location as I had travelled to Melbourne to attend the Australian Open, so it was only a 20 minute walk to the tennis.

Cons:

The breakfasts could have been slightly better as one day my breakfast was quite cold, however staff did seem extremely busy and run off their feet.

Okay for the money paid though don’t say there is parking if there isn’t.
Pros:

The included breakfast was not included and the included parking was 10 minutes offsite by foot and cost $25 extra. This should be stated and made clear when the booking is made. The facilities were okay basic but clean and tidy.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning and significant noise from adjacent rooms shower and water flowing I believe. Very small room but clean and tidy.

Great stay, made to feel welcome and in a great location
Pros:

Staff were fantastic and the room was clean

Cons:

The aircon was on a timer so went off every few hours which was not good when it was boiling hot as it meant you had to get up and switch it back on. Also even though there were windows they were covered over obviously for privacy which is fair enough but made the room feel small and stuffy.

Lovely clean and modern close to South Bank
Pros:

The rooms are small but all you need for a very comfortable stay. The place is modern and clean and the staff lovely. It was the perfect spot to stay for New Year’s Eve

Comfortable bed, friendly stff

Cons:

Huge ball of black hair left on the shower wall that had not been cleaned up from previous guest. Massively over priced for the size of the room, it was tiny.
