My stay went smoothly and it was adequate for one night as I was mostly out of the hotel.
Pros:

The location was good for the Southbank. The rooms were clean and modern.

Cons:

The room was very small and the bathroom was not private. You walk straight out of the shower into the room, no bathroom door. The toilet door is glass with a small opaque section for privacy. The reception area was ok but not a space I would want to sit for long in as it lacked atmosphere. The pillows were too high and no other option in the room.

Pros:

The overall vibe is very funky, fresh and not at all like the stale, dull experiences of some other hotels. Everything is vibrant and fun and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Our stay was only 1 night, but I would definitely re-book should we need to stay in South Bank again.

Cons:

Being that you aren't directly in the CBD, you do have to dig a little for dining options. That being said, there are still delicious choices available.

Situation centrale. Trams gratuits dans le CBD. Choix des petit-déjeuners à la carte.

Revers d'une situation centrale parking á distance. Une place pour charger/décharger. Il faut souvent utiliser Uber.

A very expensive stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The bedding was comfortable. Nice perk was free water and soda water available at the bar.

Cons:

The bathroom configuration was a little impractical. Toilet was located behind the door and the showers usually leaked water. Overpaid for the room by $150+ due to recent management change and price changes but no refund or compensation was offered.

Pros:

The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

So overpriced for what they provide. I paid well over $300 per night and they basically gave you back packers quality at best its worth $130 per night at best no more .

Great short stay hotel in Melbourne
Pros:

Great location, bar/restaurant in the lobby was super convenient. Staff went above and beyond to help sort out a few minor issues we had during our stay and were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Had some issues with the air conditioning in our room but hotel staff resolved it for us

Pros:

The hotel was in a nice part of the CBD, amazing staff who were happy all the time. The environment was beautiful and stylish. Even though we didn't have a view it was nice and comfortable.
