The location was great, just a few minutes walk from Crown. The night staff were friendly too as we have checked in late. The lobby and the rooms were modern looking.
The bed was a bit small for two people. Also the room I was assigned in had the bed so close to the desk and cupboard so it was a bit cramped despite the room being spacious.
Couldn't sleep well because of the noisy heater

No basic toiletries like any other hotel would offer. No coffee but there was a pod machine with no pods…. Toilet paper 1 ply.
Excellent location, close to the convention centre, restaurants and shops. Funky decor throughout and an
a-la-carte breakfast menu included. The room was small but ideal for one person. Great shower.
Location, price, cleanliness, hot shower
The bedside lights and overhead lights were connected and could not be used separately. It was either too bright light or no light at all. I was unable to read before going to sleep as there was no task lighting next to the bed that could be used while the ceiling lights were off.

Carpet could've been cleaner. Ironing board didn't work properly. One part of the blind was missing and my daughter found a bottle top under her bedsheet

Location in Southbank suited my needs perfectly which was to visit the NGV for an exhibition that was exclusive to the NGV, hence I had a short trip to Melbourne, for 2 nights, for this purpose.

Room size was fine for 1 person but if there were 2 people and 2 suitcases, it would've been a bit squeezy as there isn't much space for suitcases due to the small size of the room.
Location
Well organised
The floor- the carpet. The carpet was old, worn out with stains, which changed the whole experience. Everything else was well done. But stepping on the floor made me uncomfortable.
