My son and I stayed at Ibis Southbank for six nights. Our room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. I have a mobility disability and require a walking stick for balance. The room was easy to navigate and was cleaned each day. The location was outstanding and we were within walking distance of the Entertainment Centre, train station and tram lines.

The only small recommendations I would suggest are that the pillows were a little firm, and it would have been helpful to have a softer lighting option. The room seemed to have either full lighting or no lighting, and I usually prefer to sleep with a small light on.

Windows were above head height so the room felt a bit cramped. It’s hard for one person to park at the front to get the parking voucher. Not keen on the street/graffiti artwork style but hotel seems aimed at younger guests who may like it.
