Affordable and newer
The room had a dank odor, the room was hot when we arrived, and the pool was dirty. The first time we stayed there I did not experience this.
The hotel was extremely clean and up to date.
My only suggestion would be to have more breakfast options, but I’m betting most will find ample choices.
Clean friendly staff
The creepy guy with no teeth who was not a guest that was hanging around the lobby. Seemed to know the night desk clerk.
Rooms were very clean and overnight staff at the front desk were super nice. Would stay again if we are passing through

Very clean, the staff was great,
Room was very quiet; even though there was noise from other rooms in the hall, we couldn't hear it once the door was closed.
Room, hall, lobby, and breakfast area also very clean. I didn't use the pool.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast choices included waffles, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, breakfast biscuits, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Very tasty!
Pool and extra bath towels were readily available.
Pet Waste Station was stocked with poop bags and the garbage was emptied regularly. Lots of grassy area for the dogs to roam (on leash) behing the building.
Plenty of parking.
Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Great recommendation to eat at the Mandarin Chinese restaurant, which was very close. Excellent food!
Several other restaurants, including chains, were within a mile or so.
We enjoyed our stay.
Front desk was pleasant. Room was quiet and clean. No frills. No closet, no iron but little hair dryer. Good for one night passing through Alexandria.
Location. Easy to get to. Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Comfortable beds
Power went out for about 5 minutes.
The staff was friendly and kind.
The handicap room we stayed in didn't even have a closet where we could hang clothes. There was a lot of noise from other rooms until around 1 am, when someone knocked on a door to quiet the noisemakers.
The team was really nice most remembered my name from the previous visit.
The fact that they made my whole party comfortable.

Comfort of home
Employees made more noise than my dog. There were loud noises in the hall way and laundry. I understand that my dog was barking but why complain about my dog when they are as noises as my dog. Would I stay there again. Know I would not.
