Air conditioned room with private bathroom
There were no facilities for tea or coffee and no breakfast service. There was no lift so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs in very hot conditions as that part of the hotel was not air conditioned We thought the hotel was close to the beach but it was not.
Very clean and modern, air conditioning was quiet and not directly over the bed, hanging space in the hallway to dry clothes, very friendly staff, 24hr reception including keeping hold of the keys for you when you go out.
No mini-fridge for cooling drinks, no elevator so had to rely on bellhop to get bags up and had to carry them back down the stairs next morning as we left early.

Water pressure in shower non-existent. No lift, so be prepared to walk up many stairs. No hotel room views (windows face into hallway).
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the place was close to everything.
There are some loud noises coming from outside and the internet was not that strong.

It is centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, laundry and dive shops. Walking distance to almost everything.
Water pressure for the shower in my room (4th floor) was very low. Noise from he nearby bars can be a little loud during the night up until midnight or so.

The hall is not air conditioned and there is no elevator (4 floors). Rooms have no outside windows (only one hall window) and are generally very dark. A/C is quite loud.
