The staff was amazing and the location was incredible
The shower was a bit difficult to navigate, but that’s just the nature of the room
Location was excellent. Front office staff were so accommodating and helpful - when our room was too noisy - they allowed us to move. They also helped provide suggestions for things to do and just navigating around. Instead of a late checkout we were given the option to freshen up before flying. They made the experience great
Sound proofing is really poor on the 6th floor just below restaurant. Beds can be lumpy depending on your room. Shower can change temp to be very hot so be careful not to burn yourself.

Отличное расположение, можно пешком дойди до большинства достопримечательностей. Завтрак очень вкусный, персонал заботливый. Кровать удобная, спалось отлично. В отеле есть все необходимое: средства личной гигиены, чай, кофе. Я бы с радостью вернулась сюда снова♥️

Die tolle Lage oberhalb der Bahnstation des Fansipan . Täglich mehrmals Shuttlebus nach Sapa.
Tolles Zimmer , super Ausstatung mit Balkon und Blick in die Berge...sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel is a stand out. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The whole place is thoughtfully designed and comfortable. All of the food that we ate (breakfast buffet, restaurant, rooftop bar) was delicious!
Everything about the hotel is amazing and it is in a good location. However, we were not huge fans of Hanoi.
Location was great, breakfast was awesome but above all, the staff was amazing: very helpful and friendly. I became ill on my last day and the team at the reception was very kind, offering me a late check out so that I could rest until my flight departure, As I was waiting, they also organised a complimentary transfer and looked after me by offering me teas, trying to make me as comfortable as possible.
My room (which was great!) faced the main street and at times it was quite noisy, particularly on the weekend when there was an event in the square in front.

The location steps from Hoan Kiem Lake is superb, convenient for all sorts of rambling. The rooftop bar is a lively calm oasis overlooking the lake and the neighborhood—don’t miss happy hour for conversations, discounted drinks and delicious dishes. The breakfast is top notch. And the staff attentive and kind. I highly recommend La Sinfonia del Rey for your Ha Noi base.

Pratiquement impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons dans les oreilles; musique provenant du lac, bruit provenant du bar au dernier étage (provenant de la cage d’escalier) et bruits de Klaxons incessants provenant de la rue.
Thank you for such a lovely stay! The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the great service and warm hospitality. It made my trip even more enjoyable. I hope to visit again in the future!
