Second time here and superb again
Pros:

An outstanding hotel in a perfect location in Hanoi. Breakfast is both generous and delicious served in their beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake. Rooms do not have outside windows but a fabulously appointed and stylish

The rooftop bar overlooking the lake and the city is fun and they serve excellent bar food on that level.

The service everywhere is first class with a high energy, very professional and polite team.

Finally the Spa here is rated by my wife as the best she has been to anywhere and she worked in that industry for many years.

Love this place!!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing! My family and I stayed here for our vacation in July 2026. Everything was so fantastic. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and everybody was so willing and ready to help. Henry, Trang, and TJ we’re all great. My family and I had such an amazing vacation and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again during our next trip to Hanoi!

Best Hotel in Hanoi!!!

La Sinfonía Del Rey Hotel & Spa was such a lovely introduction to Vietnam. Every experience felt luxurious from our welcome and the concierge service, to the rooms, dining, and spa. My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay, even developing familiarity with some of the staff. Special acknowledgement to our guy, Henry! His list of local recommendations really shaped out day to day plans, even better than Google! This location is central to many major Hanoi landmarks and for

Very polite clean cozy and a special massage treatment. They have offered us the use of a private bathroom before our flight that was lat at night and they even gave us a small gift. I will definitely come back
