Simply sensational. A true hidden gem. I booked for our anniversary and I have never known a team to show such care, quality and customer service. Honestly, what a hotel and what a team. I couldn't have asked for more.

5* service at an incredible hotel
Pros:

Service is 5* the staff make you feel so welcome and make it a very personal experience.
The room was spacious and well decorated along with the hotel lobby.
It is my second time staying in a La Sinfonia hotel in Hanoi and it didn't disappoint.
The location is amazing and couldn't be in a much better location if it tried.
The views from the rooftop bar overlooking the lake are amazing.
The beds are huge and incredibly comfy!
Breakfast is also a 10/10 with buffet options as well as being able to order breakfast items from a menu to be cooked fresh.
If we were to come back to Hanoi for a 3rd time it would be a no brainer to stay here again.

Cons:

It isn't a dislike, but we booked a junior suite with a balcony thinking it would have space for chairs to sit and people watch and drink a coffee but unfortunately our room had a small balcony with no space for chairs only standing. We just wished that this would have been made clearer in the description otherwise we probably wouldn't have paid for the upgrade.

The lighting in the room is a little dim and can be quite hard to see what you are doing, especially in the bathroom when it comes to skincare and make up. It also would have been handy to have a mirror above the desk in the room where there is better lighting.

Séjour et personnel exceptionnel.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, personnel exceptionnel et je pèse mes mots. Franchement, le service vaut mieux ici que plusieurs cinq étoiles que j’ai pu visiter. Petite pensée à Trangh, la customer service manager qui était aux petits soins chaque jour.
