Greeted us with a drink and snacks. They allowed us to check in early. Was very welcoming and helpful all the time.

Absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, and the hotel staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!

We booked this hotel because of its beautiful location. Our room was spacious and had a stunning lake view with balcony. The service of the staff is really great and helpful, and they respond very fast. We enjoyed the breakfast because of its variety and deliciousness. We highly recommend this hotel because it’s welcoming and located in the city center.

A lovely modern hotel, with the best staff right in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms were perfect, the food was top notch and we could not have had a better stay than we did

The hotel was beautifully presented, clean throughout and the staff were wonderful. We had issues with our flights which meant we arrived a day early and first thing in the morning. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide our rooms a day early and even turned them over quickly so we could check in early and get some much needed rest.

The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The skybar was perfect for a drink after exploring the city or to start the evening off with a view.

Breakfast was fresh and offered a wide selection to suit everyone in our group.

Every member of staff we encountered from receptionists, bellboys, cleaning staff to the bar and restaurant staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful.

Located right next to the lake in the Old Quarter meant that it was easy to get around the city to explore.

We really can't fault this hotel and the staff that work here - thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. Shout out to Trang who takes care of us since day one and Huy the guy who assisted us to the car when the road had been blocked on the weekend.
The room has been taken good care of and comfy with the big bed. Our external window faces to the street but not noisy at all.

Lovely Hotel, overlooking Lake. Staff all absolutely excellent. Special mention to Henry who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the attractions to see. Hotel booked two tours for us and both were fantastic. It is a beautiful Hotel and we would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The view of the lake was outstanding and we were in walking distance to the local attractions and restaurants.

Our room had a super view of the lake, the bed was big and comfortable and the room was cleaned quickly in the morning.

First time at Hanoi and stay here for 3 nights. A great location near attractive tourist place, local restaurant, cafe and also walking-street by the lake at weekends. Good hospitality and nice staff. The hotel has a wonderful scent, and also lobby has a very nice fragrance. Aromatherapy :)

Everyone I met was just amazing - kind, hospitable, helpful, thoughtful - just amazing beautiful people! I even received a farewell present. I’m extremely grateful for the service. Location was perfect for all the things we needed to do, despite road closures for the weekend street markets. Zero noise issues! Amenities were great. The rooms were smaller, as expected, but still felt homely and clean and great value. My favourite part was the cold towels handed upon arrival (and every time I asked for it) - soooo good after a whole day of activities in the heat and humidity. Food was delish. I can’t think of anything else to say except thank you to the staff! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay here on our visit to Hanoi. Superb location with the lake on your doorstep and all the restaurants and shops you could need. Trang and Huy the hotel staff were very helpful during our stay. The room was lovely, big comfy bed, nice aircon the only little thing is the awkward shower in the bathtub. Just the way it is designed.
Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi

The location was perfectly placed in Hanoi, we never had to take a grab or feel like we had to walk for ages to go places. The atmosphere is pleasant as the hotel is well maintained, you’re always met by polite staff and the overall aesthetic is very nice. Our room was very nice and there was no sound leakage from the many other rooms of the hotel, and it came with a cute balcony and a neat bathroom. I’d definitely recommend for anyone staying in Hanoi.
