La ubicación es perfecta, el trato del personal inmejorable, nos aconsejaron en todo momento sobre donde cambiar dinero, lugares de interés y sitios para comer. El desayuno de 10.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue la bañera de la habitación deluxe. No era cómodo ya que estaba muy alta y se nos salía el agua. Tuve la ocasión de estar en la habitación interior donde había ducha, y era mucho mejor.

L’endroit rêvé pour se ressourcer après avoir visité Hanoï :)

Un havre de paix où se reposer après une journée dans cette ville trépidante, le confort de la literie, l’extrême gentillesse du personnel, la localisation près du lac et le fait que les alentours soient piétons le week-end, le rooftop où se détendre tout en appréciant la vue et les cocktails..

En la habitación interior descansé súper bien pese a estar en un sitio muy céntrico y con ruido. El desayuno inmejorable y el servicio perfecto. Muy contenta con este hotel.

Unmatched service and location!
Pros:

The location and service were both outstanding. We could not be more happy staying here during our first visit to Hanoi and would 100% stay here again when we return. The concierge was extremely proactive and helpful arranging transportation and reservations for us. Truly some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. Thank you for everything!
