Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 10 nights with a break in the middle, booked both stays ahead.
The hotel is located right across the lake with an impressive façade; the staff was wonderful and really pampered us throughout our stay especially Binh.
The breakfast was good, and there is a sky bar open until midnight.
We booked a Junior Suite with a balcony, which looked very spacious in the photos; however, the first room we were given was tiny, lacked a luggage rack or a space to put one and it was very difficult to move around ( I didn't even take photos of this one).
The shower was also very strange: it had a step-up into a cramped bathtub and an uneven floor surface, making it hard to stand inside and genuinely dangerous to get in and out.
After a day, they moved us to a slightly more spacious room with a bathtub we could actually stand in, though it still required stepping up via a dangerous ledge.
This is really not up to the standard of such a highly-rated hotel, especially not for its "Premium luxurious " rooms.

Cons:

It is hard for me to say negative things since the staff and service were excellent, but I feel a responsibility to point this out—these are issues the owners really need to address.
Also, a very important detail that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the platform but really needs to be noted: the hotel is right by the lake with excellent access to restaurants and shops—truly in the heart of the Old Quarter—but... there is a plaza across from the hotel where, every weekend... It involves some sort of celebration.
Work goes on for four days beforehand and four days after to set up and dismantle the stage, lighting, sound system, and so on; sleeping is impossible, even with the hotel's high-quality windows.
They work all night—since traffic is lighter then—right in front of the rooms using power tools, dropping loads of metal, and operating trucks and cranes, with absolutely no regard for hotel guests. It is simply impossible and unbearable, and this is something to consider if you plan to book a room at this hotel, which is by no means cheap.

Exceptional staff, great location
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. Special shout out to Trang, the guest manager, and Nguyen the spa manager. They offered excellent service!
The location is great, unfortunately it rained heavily my first 3 days there so I didn't fully appreciate just how amazing the location was.
The solo steam room, was divine.

Cons:

I paid for a room with a balcony, however they are all front facing street and court yard. Installations for events in the court yard are erected through the night and early hours of the morning. This made a good night's sleep impossible for my whole stay! Not ideal and therefore not great value.

An amazing stay! Highly reccommend
Pros:

Our stay was amazing, from the location of the hotel being near the Old Quarter but also the view of Hoan Kiem lake, especially on the roof top bar. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection with changes to some dishes daily. But the staff were extremely amazing, friendly and helpful, which what really made our time in Hanoi.

Cons:

Not a dislike but a note for others that the interior window rooms are quite dark, so should be considered when booking.

Pros:

Unbeschreiblich schön und sehr empfehlenswert. Super Lage. Zimmer mit Balkon ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Habe Junior Suite mit Balkon für 2 Nächte gebucht. Fabelhaft!

Cons:

Nur Aufmerksamkeit für körperliche Einschränkung, Boden des Badewanne ist zu tief. Bitte richtig Zimmer mit Dusche buchen.
