The best staff and hotel in Vietnam
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location, we were greeted with honey and ginger tea (delicious) the staff were just the best and couldn’t do enough for you. Beds were really comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and we had drinks at the roof bar with views to die for. This was our second time staying here, Excellent hotel and would highly recommend

Pros:

早餐非常丰富，餐厅服务员很专业也很贴心。酒店位置绝佳，顶层酒吧很惬意，还剑湖尽收眼底，风景不错。

Cons:

唯一不满意的就是房间在B1，但是房间里并没有太封闭的感觉，反而很安静，睡眠很好。

Una perla nel centro di Hanoi
Pros:

Davvero difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo, direi impossibile. Personale delizioso, attento e professionale. Stanze meravigliose, la vista sul lago è davvero mozzafiato. Il servizio offerto dalla spa è superlativo. Per non parlare dello sky bar che è un punto forte della struttura, che ha una posizione che più strategica di così non si può proprio, è situato praticamente a 20 passi dal ponte sul lago. Che dire, sicuramente una tappa in cui tornare volentieri per i soggiorni ad Hanoi. Più che consigliato davvero raccomandato!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique pour aller par tout
La chambre est propre et bien équipée

Cons:

La chambre est relativement petite, nous avons réservé une junior suite, mais il y a juste une chambre. C’était pas la notion du suite.
Le rideau de la baignoire n’est pas facile à utiliser.

The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms could be a bit larger. If you travel from abroad and have two large suitcases and two hand bags the room becomes a bit cramped.
