Not only is the hotel exactly as pictured, but the location and the service are outstanding. You are right in the center of everything, while also tucked away on a quiet corner and being directly across from the lake is truly magical. The service was some of the best we've ever experienced.
Great boutique hotel located in the heart of the old quarter across the road from Hoan Kiem Lake (the green lake). The location is hard to beat and due to staying over a holiday period the streets around the lake were pedestrianised and packed with locals enjoying the busy atmosphere around the lake.
Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with additional cooked items available on a separate menu to the buffet. The highlight of our morning was the great chats with Nguyen, such a lovely friendly, caring girl. She gave great recommendations and we had some fun every day!
The rooftop bar is excellent, but it can get busy so you may need to book in advance. The SPA was excellent, and we had great massages on our last full day.
From the time we arrived, to the time we left the staff we encountered were all superb, friendly and helpful. A great choice for Hanoi!
The property was in a great location to the lake and the old town.
The bathroom was tight and the shower was in the bath.
It's an amazing hotel, perfect location! Staff were fantastic, helpful and attentive. Room super comfy and just lobed the rsin shower. Well exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay but the step into the bath was way too high as was the many high steps to the sky bar

Great, location, room, food restaurant and bar
It was a little noisy. Could hear some steer noise and people coming and going from the bar at night. Could benefit from double glazing doors to balcony to stop street noise and better sound proofing of entrance door to room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Sinfonia. The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old town and the lake. The rooms are very clean and the staff are wonderful. They were super helpful with everything. We were able to store some of our luggage between stays and have a shower after checking out before our flight home. Highly recommended place to stay 😊
A fantastic hotel in the middle of Hanoi. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the roof top bar with a marvellous view over the city.
Great hotel! Felt luxurious from the start, the street was closed off in front of the hotel for a holiday-and the staff assisted to and from our car both times with our baggage. Check in welcome drink was beautiful. Room was great, sad we were only there one night. Rooftop bar was so fun!
