Pros:

We absolutely loved this place and will go back for sure. The room was clean and beautiful. The onsite restaurant and cafe was great value and delicious, especially the coffee. The pool was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange tours, pick ups or in room massages.
Family Friendly too.

Pros:

Le site paraissait plus grand sur les photos et ces derniers dates d'y a longtemps vu la végétation qui a poussé et les nouveaux bâtiments qui se sont construit. L'hôtel n'est plus aussi aéré et ne reflètent plus la réalité.
L'hôtel garde du charme par son style bois Khmer et sa belle piscine à débordement.
Le gros Point noir a été le bruit !
Tout le temps de la musique forte a des heures affolantes, du soir ou du matin (5h).
Si non les enfants qui crient à la piscine à 7h du matin et personne pour leur dire de respecter les gens autour, on dirait qu'il n'y a pas de règlement.
Attention ne buvez absolument pas l'eau qu'ils vous donnent à l'hôtel, même si ils vous assure qu'elle est clean, elle ne l'ait pas du tout. Moi conjoint et moi même avons été malade plusieurs jours et cela a disparu dès que nous avons bu de l'eau en bouteille.
Si non le personnel est ultra sympa et souriant.
Par contre attention sur votre site vous avez marqué Petit déjeuner inclus et transit aéroport/hôtel mais ce n'est apparemment pas le cas !
Il y a un mal entendu quelque part.
Beau potentiel de l'hôtel donc mais dommage pour les nuisances sonores.

The walls of the single-board room are dirty, and when it rains, it leaks from the sky to the bed.
1枚板の部屋の壁は汚く、雨が降ったら天上からベッドに雨漏り。

The owner, Madam, has a good smile.
オーナーのマダムは笑顔が良い。

The food is delicious, but the price is nearly double that of a 5-star hotel.
食べ物は美味しいが、価格は5つ星ホテルの2倍近い。

Great for those who love nature and small animals.
自然や小動物を愛する人には最高です。
