Pros:

Staff very helpful. Good location.

Cons:

The hotel needs a big face-lift. My room was very old fashioned. Buffet breakfast was cold and finishes too early, 9.30 finish, should be 10.30 in my opinion.

Clean and functional. You need to vet your clientele more diligently.
Pros:

Room was functional and clean. The staff were very pleasant and polite.

Cons:

We decided to have our evening meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was another male guest, who was extremely verbally abusive to the waiter and even went to the kitchen to complain with extremely abusive language. He demanded that the music be turned off so he could watch Eastenders!!
We felt very sorry for the young waiter.

Adequate
Pros:

Bathroom was newly fitted. Unfortunately another room was receiving the same works which meant the water was turned off. Would have been polite to tell me when I checked in at 3pm. When water came back on the pressure was very low.

Cons:

Good to see bathrooms being updated but whole building needs an upgrade. Reception staff polite enough but absolutely no interaction e.g. let us know if we can help, how was your stay etc etc.

Pleasant stay in a quaint hotel
Pros:

Lovely quaint hotel. Had a pleasant stay. Anna on reception was lovely and always smiling. Also tried the indian restaurant inside the hotel and the food was lovely. Will definitely return soon :-)

Just the job
Pros:

I am preparing to say farewell to my father who died on 20 April. This visit was to start the ball rolling with solicitors and undertakers - all very stressful but Tudor provided a welcoming, relaxing and comforting environment without any worries.
