Noise from other rooms. The room was very dated and quite far from carpark
I returned and it was lovely staying here again. The host, Syed, made me feel very welcomed, and was also very helpful - a very pleasant man. You have sole use of a kitchen and washing machine, lots of local shops and restaurants, transport and tube trains are very close-by, I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Syed!
It was a handy hotel as wanted to be near to Pinner but I needed a ‘walk in’ shower & very few rooms on ground floor offer this facility? Room 22 was large & comfortable but bathroom requires upgrading. The staff were very friendly.
Asian cuisine is not to my liking & the hotel should offer a wider choice?
Very poor internet
Hot water took forever to come through the system & would have preferred a shower facility.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Location and staff
Beata was most helpful and arranged for us to be on the ground floor.
The hotel is close to shops for a stroll and easy to get to Wembley

Our 5th time staying here and the best room we’ve stayed in so far. The beds in other rooms were doubles and we love a king size, so opted for the suite this time. The bathroom was lovely and the sleigh bed was very comfortable. The Tudor Suite was gorgeous, and very reasonably priced
Either the walls are very thin or the neighbours were noisy as we could hear constant moving around, talking and then snoring. Whilst the wardrobe was in keeping with the theme, it didn’t have any handles so we had to poke something in the key hole to open it. Once open, the door would fall out as one of the hinges wasn’t attached properly. There was no radiator, which whilst this didn’t bother us as we always have a cold bedrooms, this would bother others
Love staying here
