My 48 hour stay was great! It was close to everything I needed! I can work from here to time square in a few mins.

Receptionist was very arrogant, room was not ready at 4 pm at check-in time. We were placed in the 5th floor instead of as booked on a high floor. Cleaning service was bad and only every second day. All in all very disappointing.

The hotel is very well located in the South Midtown neighborhood, just steps away from the main points of interest. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful all along your stay. The rooms are clean (really) and maintained every day. The hotel restaurant offers very good breakfasts and a delicious menu (Italian dishes in particular) in a warm setting. The view from the rooms is a classic one, facing the surrounding buildings. The hotel's size is reasonable, which allows for attentive, unhurried customer service.
I recommend this hotel and its excellent team without hesitation. It offers excellent value for money, and its team will make sure your stay is a great one.

Cons:

Sometimes, due to other people leaving their rooms, room cleaning can be performed during the afternoon (not a big issue).

Nulla. Hotel sporco, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un lombrico morto in camera, capelli e sporcizia sparsi ovunque sia in bagno che nella camera da letto. In più la doccia era rotta.
Le quadruple sono proposte per quattro persone quando a mala pena ne entrano due. Non c’è alcun tipo di armadio dove poter mettere i vestiti ne’ ripiani o altro. Spazi strettissimi che non consentono nemmeno di aprire una valigia.
