Bratislava perfetta
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, camera carina e silenziosa, c'è l'ascensore e anche un utile parcheggio esterno privato (a un prezzo giusto). Ottima colazione a buffet. Reception sempre aperta e staff gentile. Consigliatissimo!

The room was big, clean and modern, the location is excellent, close to the old town and railway station, a good choice for a short stay.

Cons:

The receptionist was not the best experience what we got arriving at this hotel in Bratislava. We have travelled a lot around different countries and also around Slovakia and been expecting a bit higher level of friendliness in situations where the task of the staff is to find the booking in their system and provide registration. We were told that they are not able to find our reservation, and the receptionist instead of checking a bit more was asking if we are sure we did it.. well, that is not the most proper way how to work with the customer.. indeed I did prove we had reservation and it went through..but the first impression of the customer service was spoiled.

Összességében kiváló, jó elhelyezkedés, remek ár-érték arány
Pros:

A szállás nagyon rendezett, és szép volt. Tiszta, ár-érték arányban teljesen megfelelő. Külön kiemelném az elhelyezkedését, kifejezetten alkalmas egy kocsmatúrára, vagy egy laza városnézős kirándulásra. A reggeli is rendben volt. Parkolást ötletesen oldották meg, amelyről lehetne kicsit több információ a foglaláskor, de nem volt probléma vele.

Cons:

Ha nagyon problémát szeretnék keresni, akkor a reggelit emelném ki, nem a minőségét, hanem a helyszínt. Egy nagyobb csoport egészen biztosan nem fog tudni leülni és közösen reggelizni, számomra kicsit disszkomfortos volt, hogy nem csak a szálloda vendégei reggelizhettek ott, emiatt kevés volt a hely.

I wanted to find a hotel in walking distance from the place where I work and provides breakfast.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to the inner city, easy to find. Silent little street, thought it's close to main traffic lines.

Cons:

Getting in the building is a bit difficult, not easy to find the reception, which is a corner away from the actual hotel building. But you've found it everything is smooth.
