Disgusting
Cons:

This is the dirtiest hotel I´ve ever been! When I arrived, the fridge was mouldy (they cleaned when I complain about), and I had to ask for a broom to clean the room. The bathroom was so dirty that I used my own beach towel and had shower using flip flops. The place was so dirty that I didn't have the courage to eat there. Terrible experience.

A surprise, 20 driving away from Borobudur.
Pros:

Fantastic location, surrounding, hotel, room and staff.

Staff young two man, where very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Stay alert. Inspection of the room with a sharp eye for details. Will result in an even higher comfortable level for the guests.

The owners should be doing it.

But it's our personal opinion.

We were in general sense, very happy guest.
