short and sweet slightly disappointing with the tub and no pet rule but other than that I enjoyed

the front desk was very helpful and very nice

Cons:

When i booked i booked a room with a tub but when I got into my room no tub and booking.com said it was pet friendly it is not good thing i had family nearby where my puppy stayed during our stay

all in all, it was good.
Pros:

Staff was great, bed was very comfortable, room smelled good, was clean, great coffee and breakfast, excellent location for our needs, close to Montgomery County Fairgrounds and Cracker Barrel.

Cons:

ceiling was heavily plastered. worker could have done a better job repairing. curtains were torn. TV didn't work, but girl at front desk came right up and figured it out. Rather expensive I thought. Price on weekend doubled rate for weekday.

Likely will not stay in that brand hotel again.
Pros:

My wife and I travel all over, both in state and out. This particular trip was for a funeral in the Conroe area. Throughout our travels, we've stayed in many different hotels. This was the first time for this particular hotel brand. The room was very good, clean and accommodating.

Cons:

Curtains could not be closed and the lights from outside illuminated the entire room making sleeping difficult. Also, the breakfast was tremendously disappointing. We were there 1 hour prior to the end of breakfast and there was absolutely nothing left. Absolutely nothing!!! And hotel associates were right there but did nothing about it. To say the stay came with a continental breakfast was a complete fabrication. Disappointing to say the least. Sad really.

The location is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The 1st room i was assigned had a TV that didn't work and a toilet that wouldn't shut off. After notifying the front desk, the clerk cheerfully moved me to another room.

Cons:

It could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom. The bathtub and toilet had someone else's hair.

3 people started in the room, and only 2 chairs no where else to sit down but the bed, the beds didn’t look clean
