Pros:

very convenient for cross state (WA) travel....many route options....well maintained property

maybe some upgrades on appearance....if they appear dated....

Staff was nice. Place was quiet.

Cons:

I stayed 3 nights and did not have housekeeping come in at all. Not to pick up garbage, get clean towels, freshen up the bed, nothing.

My room had a terrible smell. I had to get an air freshener.

Room larger than expected, dog allowed in our room, and early check in request honored.
Pros:

The quality of some of the food items was not very good. Location was unusually easy on and off the freeway ramps. Best I've ever experienced.

Cons:

Waffle batter was very watery, eggs were like a reheated biscuit. Everything else was fine.

It was ok and met my needs
Pros:

Bed was comfortable it was convenient for our family. Rooms were quiet. I like that it had a fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Elevator felt like it was crashing when going down to first floor, rather alarming: also, cafeteria closed early for breakfast. When I told them at the desk, they didn’t seem to care at all. I didn’t feel valued. And my whole family was told the wrong closing time for breakfast. Very disappointing!

Pros:

Great location. Close to family. Lving in yakima. Very friendly at reception desk upon arrival by Jason.

Good Clean Hotel
Pros:

Pros:

I had a great stay at a very clean CS hotel Yakima.
Most of all I want to thank Jason (front desk) for a very personable check in and what he did for me in the end.
Upon my departure I dropped my dopp kit in the parking lot while loading my car. Drove off without it.
Found by security and returned to the hotel, Jason personally called me, kept it in hand with my identifier on post ot note and left me a nice voicemail.
When I walked in to retrieve he knew me by face and name. I cant thank him enough for making sure i got my medications and kit back.
Thanks Jason! Easily the employee of the month.

I felt welcomed and comfortable.
Pros:

Good convenient location.
Drove to all places I visited.
Property was clean inside and out. The room was nice, however there was only one USB socket inconveniently mounted on the wall at a desk. None near the bed or nightstands or lamps. Tony brought me a USB connector which resolved my issue. The carpet needed vacuuming, I kept stepping on small items the size of pebbles on the carpet. Overall the room was clean to include the bathroom. Easy and convenient check-in and out. The atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel made me feel as if I were the only person there. The breakfast bar had a good selection of items, kept stocked, and was kept clean.

Great stay!!
Pros:

Our stay was amazing, great breakfast, room size was perfect. Staff was pleasant. We where in Yakima for the weekend as my grandson participated in a wrestling tournament.
I will be staying with them again.
