Tennis tournament
Pros:

My friends and I we’re in Yakima, Washington for a tennis tournament and we stayed at the comfort suites. The whole experience was wonderful. The were very professional and kind. We’ll stay there again for sure.

Good location. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Definitely an aging property and not what I expected for your brand. It didn’t smell clean, the hallways were VERY dark, the pool flooring is aged and needs replacing. Carpets questionable. (Are they dark, or are they dirty?) Definitely not what is represented in pictures of the property. The price was average for the area but too high for this low level of facilities.

Free wifi worked fine. Complementary breakfast was fine. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Excellent ADA shower. I like the fact that the fire alarm system works :). Next door to a Denny's and a Korean restaurant. A couple blocks to the Yakima Greenway along the Yakima River.

Cons:

The pancake-style cooked eggs seemed a bit unusual (simply scrambled is better). Stewed prunes or berries would be a nice addition. The fire alarm was triggered at 6:30 AM, 3/14/2026; apparently, some idiot microwaved a dry bag of oatmeal, which then caught on fire. But I'm not sure how that could have been prevented.
