Best Comfort Inn!
Pros:

Best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed in! Chili in the evening and warm chocolate chip cookies! Manager on site and very involved. Great place to stay!

A good night's sleep
Pros:

At check in the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I used the gym; it was clean and all the equipment worked. At breakfast there was no fruit out, I asked the person overseeing the breakfast if there was any fruit available and was advised no; this is a must have. The elevator makes a frightening noise as it gets to floor one, needs immediate attention.

Convenient location
Pros:

Great location for west Yakima attractions, and about a 10 minute drive from downtown. Beds and bathroom were clean, had a 3rd floor room, entire floor stayed quiet overnight. Carpets are badly stained and need replacement. Additionally, stairs and hallway need to be vacuumed regularly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rate was comparable to other hotels in Yakima, and overall better value given customer ratings.

Noteworthy oasis at 40th & Highway 12
Pros:

If visiting Yakima's westside there's no reason to look further than this ideally located facility. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Front desk service is competent, courteous, and congenial. No nonsense! The exterior environment is safe and welcoming. Parking is generous and easy. Dining establishments are close by, plus shopping and refueling. One more thing: the price is right. This matters!

Pretty good place but, needs some maintenance.
Pros:

I feel safe in this location. Have stayed here many times. They did provide cookies and a bowl of chili in the evening.

Cons:

Breakfast was nothing special. They didn't have much out the first morning.The property need work. The elevator made a horrible noise when it came to a stop. The doors opened very slowly. The carpet in the halls needs replaced.

The room was great minus not having the Jacuzzi the nice staff were quick to fix any issue
Pros:

The gentleman that checked us in was a bit intimidating however the lady that checked us out was lovely she listened to all of our concerns and made us feel like the issue with our reservation was going to get fixed somehow

Cons:

The fact I reserved a room with a Jacuzzi tub and did not get a room with a Jacuzzi and the hotel had no history of the reservation being changed so somewhere between booking with booking and the hotel something got lost and I had my night planned out no time to wait in line to switch rooms
