Pros:

I like that it’s very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Actually walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hote l had a lot of things to do there.

Cons:

Now the hotel room that we had was very small to me and I’m thinking that it’s suppose to give a loft feeling but it gave a box feeling.

First & last time staying in an Aloft hotel. Poor housekeeping service, terrible unhealthy & strange
Pros:

Good location for restaurants, shopping & sightseeing. The lady serving breakfast was very attentive

Cons:

Very disappointing! Room unattended for 3 days. Very poor, unhealthy breakfast menu items. High room rates with very low level of service.

location was great, close enough to all the historic district fun.

Cons:

housekeeping services were lacking. not enough towels, saw 1 roach, no service at all on one day. had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

No onsite parking, you can valet or park 4 blocks away . We paid for breakfast included. We were told we didn't get breakfast at check in rude front end staff , when going back the following day to a different friendlier front end staff she said we did have breakfast included and apologized for the misinformation. The room was not as clean as a Marriott sister should be ,the flooring was peeling off with a leaky bathroom sink as well , its located by the bus transit so , bums amd panhandlers and strong smell of urine are present surrounding the building as you walk in different directions 😳.

Good location and good value for money.
Pros:

The location and the quirky decor in the room and bathroom. Loved the wallpaper! The room was clean, the position was quiet and I got a good nights sleep.

Cons:

I thought the choice of food offered at breakfast was limited and I do not enjoy eating out disposable plates, cups and plastic cutlery. I was disappointed that the kitchen was closed when I checked in and had to go out for dinner.

Mixed feelings.
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The pool was supposedly closed but when we got there it was open. And the pool cues were broken. And the breakfast is not picky eater friendly.
