Rooms were clean and comfortable
My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 3pm on 15 May 2026. We were told that the hotel cleaning staff were backed up and our king room was not ready and someone would call us when it became available. We went out to eat and returned to the hotel at 6pm to see if the room was ready. It was not. I explained that we were in town for a concert and needed to leave, so we would not be back until after the concert. The desk clerk said that it would not be a problem, that our room would surely be available when we returned and the room keys would be right there at the desk. She also apologized several times. When we returned after the concert, it was after midnight and the staff were not the same people that were there before. I tried to explain the situation to the person behind the desk. She had no idea what I was talking about and seemed to be annoyed that we were trying to check-in so late. She proceeded to wake up a staff member for help and they were able to get us checked in. No apologies for the inconvenience, just attitude. Like we were being an inconvenience to them. I won't be staying there again. Not worth the 300 dollars per night.
It was a good location to river street
I was charged twice for my room , spoke with the manager and she eventually got the money back into my account. She stated she would give me extra points for my trouble , haven’t seen any points
Good location, close to everything. Street noise a little loud and only 2 small bath towels for two adults. Other wise very nice, very good staff.

The cleaning staff should wash the bathroom properly not just wipe it with wet wipes, especially if I have stayed 6 nights.
A very nice modern hotel with big comfy rooms
and great mattresses and water pressure.
I want to mention that EVERYONE,I met was
nice,but 3 stood out.The first was Kelly in the
Bfast area, she was a terrific person ,who went
above and beyond her duties,l unfortunately
used her as a sounding board to relate a
horrible customer experience at a local
landmark restaurant.Seeing Kelly,every morning was a great start to my day.
Another was Shieya,a bartender in the XYZBAR.She had a wonderful,friendly personality, that went beyond just pouring
a cocktail,plus she made a good strong one !!
Finally , there was Cammie at the front desk.
She had a wonderful,friendly personality and
was always there with a smile.
My only negative thoughts were the room
blinds did not go down,so there were always
lights from the neighboring Fairfield and Chevron.Also don't get me started on the
bathroom wallpaper.
I would definitely return.
Aloft downtown savanna. I had an absolute blast, the place was clean and the staff was beyond nice, and incredibly helpful. I’d like to give a shout out in particular to Austin who helped me troubleshoot multiple issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Absolutely came through and helped me when I needed it. Great guy!
Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Loved it. I stayed 6 nights and it was worth every penny. Especially Kelly, the chef, was amazing. She was very helpful. Ofcourse desha, cammy took my pictures everyday just to make me feel welcomed. I really appreciate their hospitality.

The location is good but that is about the only thing!
The staff is unorganized. We had trouble checking in. We had pre paid for stay & paid for breakfast which we had to explain twice on the day we went to eat. They charged us for valet parking which we didn’t use and tried to double charge us for our room. I had to call three times to dispute charges and they would not call back even though they said they would. Not worth the hassle to stay here!! Make sure you monitor your credit card for extra charges you didn’t make!!!
