Getting extra towesl was delayed Had to ask twice.

The location in Welland.
I have tried to call numerous times and left voice mail every time. NO call backs thus far.
Check-in was interesting as I could not understand the new Canadian speaking to me in a very thick accent.
The room was just ok. Old, broken and for the price, unacceptable. At ~$400 a night, I expect an excellent room in Welland, a small suburb west of St-Catherine's.
The breakfast was disappointing. No hot food, no fresh fruit other than 4 very sad looking apples and limited cereal choices.

Hallway was quite loud with dog barking in evening.

patio doors get stuck when sliding. Needs lubrication.
It’s a great location close to wonderful restaurants.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable, the TV in our room was so old. It was fuzzy, had like five channels, and the volume is going on the TV so you couldn’t really hear it anyway.
