Good, as always
Everything was fine. repairs continued. bathroom doors now close properly.
Location and breakfast were very good
Early check in could have been processed more quickly.
Breakfast was included in the price and Tim Hortons was nearby
The breakfast was not a breakfast- it was two bags of bread sitting on a counter that everyone would put their hands in to grab ....
very misleading to say that this included a breakfast- we had to drive to go pick something up
the room had wallpaper coming off, seals and paint completely chipped and a curtain rod that hardly held up.
My kid even said she wanted to go home because it was a dump
Location was good
The rooms were not in great condition. We had two rooms. One did not have toilet paper. There were holes in the wall. There’s was black mold on the heating/air unit. This unit leaked water all over the floor. The doors were very hard to open and close as if they were not hung properly. The halls smelled like mold. We had made the reservation for two rooms for 5 adults and two children. We were given only two sets of towels. I asked for more towels and they gave us a bath mat and face cloth.
Our stay was the worst we have experienced. The room was nothing like advertised, the door didn't even fit, it stuck, and let a lot of light and sound in at night. The bathroom door wouldn't close and we had no furniture to sit on, the staff brought us two office chairs. I asked to be moved to a more suitable room for the money we paid, but was told not possible. The bed was not a queen and it was so uncomfortable, the bar of soap was stuck to the sink, and we only had enough towels for one person to shower. I could go on and send you pictures. This was the most horrible stay we have ever had, the room was not worth $224.00. maybe $79.00. We were ripped off for our money.
I stated it above as there was nothing we liked about our stay at the Travel Lodge. We have stayed at many other Travel Lodges, but this one is definitely off our list for the future.
Breakfast was ok
Our bathroom was so dirty we could not shower. When I went to shower in the evening the bathtub was full of human hair which was not mine. There was old toothpaste on the bathroom counter. The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell off.
Location , bed
No toilet paper, room door swollen and very hard to open, close and lock
The room and the area all fabulous. I also loved the bed, coffee in the room and the tv in the room
Nothing everything was great
Ok value
No lids for the coffee cups
The location,timhortons Nextdoor
The toilets don’t flush properly, and very slow, water pressure is terrible,it effects our shower, you can’t shower properly without proper water pressure, rooms are freezing and no way of changing the temperature, floors are freezing, beds aren’t comfortable at all,two people staying in the room and given one bath towel, drains clog, and coffee makers never works, the tv remote never works,no tv channels, tvs don’t work properly, usb ports broken and when issues are brought to front desk?they say repeatedly oh sorry if you have issues you can tell front desk anytime, and nothing done is done none of the issues are resolved
Good value. Consistent.
Bathroom doors that jam and do not close properly
Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was directly above the electrical room, so there was a constant electrical hum. When we arrived, the heat in the room had been turned up to the highest setting, so the room was incredibly uncomfortable. It too most of the night with the heat off and the windows open to get the temperature more reasonable. The TV had very few channels, and half of them either didn't work or were unwatchable because of a hissing noise. On the second night, people were moved into the adjoining room who were clearly there to party. We could hear their music, laughter, and every word they were saying. With the hotel mostly empty, this made little sense. It's a good thing we had ear plugs.
