Room smelled of animal urine.
Pros:

We usually have a good experience with this hotel and stay when visiting family. Good continental breakfast, coffee availability, comfortable, safe accommodations.

Cons:

This time our room disappointed us. There was animal urine smell and warping on closed doors near carpet. We had to keep window open and fan on to try to get the smell out.

Our 5 night stay was wonderful!
Pros:

Staff is friendly, the hotel looks and feels clean, lobby is stocked with a good selection of snacks, the breakfast buffet is wonderful, and they have onsite security which made us feel safer. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and family.
