Pros:

The apartment is clean and the services was amazing.

The team was very helpful, Orhan, Adem and Ahmet. They were very supportive and patience. Thank you very much for the help. It was jouful stay.

If you do not care about the location Asian or European side, then this place should be your choice. The team would do their best to make it convenient though!

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with friendly staff, a clean and comfortable apartment. Everything felt well thought out and relaxing from start to finish. Sharing the experience with Orhan Ahmet made it even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved quickly. They were always available on WhatsApp ♥️ We forgot my Apple Watch in the room, and they immediately messaged me and offered to send it via delivery. That was very thoughtful.

Special thanks for the sweet, delicious gift at the end of our stay.

Very convenient location. All shopping centers are nearby. IKEA, Mango, Zara, and HM are all nearby :)

C'était le meilleur choix ,un appartement bien équipé,un personnel bien professionnel et très accueillant surtout Orhan ,il a gentillesse extrême très a l'écoute,sans parler de la propreté qu'est au top,on choisira sans hésitation un séjour dans cette résidence si on revient a Istanbul.

Pros:

The room was spacious, Clean and comfortable but the real star was Ahmet. Not only did he talk us through the train system to get into town he lent us his travel cards so we didn't have to buy them. A really top guy who also arranged our very reasonably priced taxi transfer to the airport. We would stay here again purely based on how helpful he was.

Nothing not to like.

Те, що схожої квадратури та укомплектування квартири рідко можна знайти в Стамбулі.

Cons:

Розташування та місцезнаходження далеко від чогось цікавого, особливо центру. До трц /станції метро на таксі 10 хв, далі ще хв 40-50 на метро до історичних місць.

Mukemmel bir rezidans, ama arabanizla gelin.
Pros:

Rezidans mükemmel, temiz, rahat, buyuk ve konforlu. Mutfagi tam donanimli. Adeta kendi eviniz tadinda. Bize ucretsiz upgrade de yaptilar, kat ve buyukluk artirdik. Rezidansta ucretsiz otopark mevcut, ama sokak da gayet guvenli ve musait.

Cons:

Tek kusuru Kartal'in bir kenar mahallesinde olmasi. Merkeze ve rayli sistemlere uzak. En uygun ulasim yontemi kiralik arac veya arabanizla gelmeniz.
