Tons of options within walking distance, the staff here are excellent, the Symposium Cafe is attached and guests get 10% off when ordering rooms service or dining in, btw, its great there also. Billial (I hope this how his name is spelt) and Deborah are 2 of the best hotel concierge employees Ive dealt with. They serve you with a welcome smile and they really make you feel at home. They will do their best to try and accommodate your needs. The hotel prices are resonable and Its really good to know that Comfort Inn hotel in Brantford will accept a cash deposit for incidentals. Its frustrating when a hotel will only accept a credit card for incidentals, when will these companies understand that a credit card is a place holder for cash. If you have the cash, what does it matter? Some places turn their nose up on you and make u feel if u have no card, you somehow have no cash. The reason why I have cash is because i dont have credit cards sucking money out of my bank.. Comfot Inn does understand and and probably why they seem to be one of the busiest hotels in town. Keep up the great service guys! I will be back.

Good Service

The staff here are amazing, Deborah at the feont desk is a great person yo deal with, she makes sure you have everything uou need and if you need anything, she will make sure to accommodate you... the other staff are just a helpfull and nice. Facilities are clean, plenty of pillows and towels. Tons of restaurants and shopping in a close proximity to the hotel.

The carpet smelled of age or the rubber underneath it and it took away from the experience. Wouldn't recommend for those who are sensitive to smell. If they update it, I'm sure it will be better.

Decent place for the price paid. But, it needs renovation for sure.

Everything was great, the front desk staff are great... clean, quiet and close to many amenities.

Broken fridge, no elevator nor accessibly button on lobby door. Manager was lovely - helpful and friendly.. but overall, meh.

Baseball tournament families were noisy and disrespectful. A lot of dog poop not picked up by other owners. Not the hotel's fault, but not pleasant.

Nothing I could pick at for a bad stay. Good tv, lots of amenities in the area. Rooms and the rest of the building were clean and in good repair. No odours even in our pet friendly room. Will use again if I'm in the area!

Everything about the hotel was great except we had a problem with the key cards not working. Had to reactivate the cards several times. Staff was very accommodating and issued new cards to our room. We had no problems after that.

Friendly staff and a clean environment.

The hotel itself was very clean. I was impressed. Staff very friendly.
The room was clean and nice. The water pressure in the shower could be better, and they need new pillows. Our pillows were too soft, no support. That would be the oly thing that I didn't like.

Room was too smelly , too old a property

There were a lot of people mulling around the parking lot. Cars driving around and around scoping out the hotel. It felt unsafe.
