Stunning accommodation in a fabulous location. Beautifullly maintained and completely spotless.
Pros:

Beautifully clean rooms and fabulous setting. Ideal location close to all amenities and wonderful breakfasts at the Akaya cafe. Exceptional kind and helpful staff. We will definitely return.

Polite personnel. AMAZING breakfasts. FANTASTIC location (10 minutes to beach, a lot of cafes/restaurants/shops nearby)

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY!!!

Cons:

The soundproofing was poor - you can hear everything from outside

15 Sq.m. was a bit tiny for a family with 2 kids - do not repeat our mistake, take 2 rooms or bigger room if available

There is all you need in walking distance.

Wont be coming back . Note I’m not a first timer!

Cons:

Didn’t know at the front was a shop so anyone could see you in the pool.No very private.It was a diving tour business , which pool was shared with them practicing scuba diving! Which is thought was not appropriate

I love staying at Akaya and return from my ubud home several times yearly
Pros:

I have stayed many times at Akaya. I love it there. Its cleanliness pleases me. I feel safe and looked after. Staff smiling and really supportive and caring. Great central location can hire bicycle also. Fun way to get around to the good restaurants and shopping

Cons:

Have not really been affected by noise before. This visit there were loud guests around the pool. Not complaining. But that’s life

Good for short stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, nice pool & great cafe food/coffee - best 'included' breakfast choice we experienced.

Cons:

Part of a diving shop/school on site, so diver training in pool both days we were there (couple, then individual) - not advertised as such.
Good location for access to restaurants/bars, stayed one night but was a bit noisy on a Friday night until quite late!
