Room 145 was damp. I had to block the bottom of the bathroom door with a towel. Other than that, it was alright. Waffles tasted horrible. Still had a pleasant experience.

This hotel was very old and run down. We got in late so felt we had no choice to find somewhere else. It was so overpriced, it is the worst hotel ive stayed at although the staff and customer service was very good.

Nice clean facility, beds, pillows and blankets made for a cozy sleep. Breakfast (hot) was handy, and 24hr coffee/tea in the lobby. We would stay again.

4-day day - solo trip
Pros:

I stayed at the Comfort Inn to attend some events at the Uni. prior to starting school. I was delighted with the comfort of their bedding. Quiet atmosphere.

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be top of the line, so my expectations were realistic. Some of the issues were: towel bar in bathroom clearly angled and falling off wall. No shear curtain on sliding door, so if we wanted daylight, we lost all privacy to anyone parking their car or walking past. Coffee was weak and there were no milk alternatives for the lactose intolerant folks. That also limited breakfast options (not able to eat cereal due to milk). As I am also gluten free, the only breakfast option was scrambled eggs and sausage.
That begging said, the rest of my family could enjoy the cereal, yogurt, muffins and toast. The oatmeal packages were also nice as well as the bananas or oranges put out.

Lack of local service
Pros:

We tried calling many times and lofging in online to do an early check-in, as we knew we would arrive late. No one would answer the phone calls, and when we tried on line checkin, their local site kept disconnecting us.

There should be a free snack during the flight. Seats should be upgraded.
There is no screen to watch some programs, especially for children.
