Will stay here again.
Pros:

Location of hotel was convenient to be able to drive to the Monterey pier and cannery row. The room and hotel were very comfortable, room was great! Great bike path nearby, lots of food choices. Pretty quiet hotel overall, easy parking.

Cons:

Honestly the front hotel staff could have been a little more friendly.

Pros:

Great Great place to stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the water in views with lemon

I should’ve been contacted and letting me know that the elevators were down not working. I have a disabled daughter and I had my two month old grandson with strollers all our luggage the growth. The front desk said that she would give me help did not help then offered to give me a full refund and go get a hotel somewhere else. It was already late in the day by the time we checked in we’re very tired very disappointed that the elevators did not work. She had told me that just broke down, but I have to talk to several customers. They had told me that they’ve been down for a couple days cause they had been there the day before, so she lied to me very disappoint they gave me a 25% discount on one of the rooms. What about the other two rooms no discount what a joke I think that they should’ve reached out and let me know that Even sent him an email message once I booked the room to let them know that I would like all three rooms together. They did not accommodate me. also, it seemed like everything was broken. Our restroom still had shit stains in the toilet from somebody using it before us. Also, the washing machine in our floor was broken.

Great relaxing spot to stay away from the hustle of the strip.
Pros:

The staff was friendly but not overbearing. The room was very spacious, recently updated, great value! It was kinda nice being a little ways away from Cannery Row and all that chaos, made for a very relaxing retreat.

Nothing that I didn’t really like.
