Pros:

Номер чистый, все есть там, персонал вежливый, все хорошо. На завтрак не успела, так как выезжала рано, но он там есть, это приятно.

Cons:

Очень сильно душно было в номере. Также, при заселении оплатила дополнительно поздний выезд, но из-за ужасной погоды поменяла билеты и выехала рано утром из отеля. Спросила у менеджера на ресепшене про возможность вернуть доплату за поздний выезд, он обещал, что передаст мой запрос, но со мной так никто не связался. Даже, если возврат невозможен, приятно было бы понимать, что мой запрос хотя бы рассматривался)

Pros:

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was varied, and the atmosphere was pleasant. When we encountered a problem, the hotel staff handled it successfully. Towels were changed daily, as was the cleaning.

Cons:

They do not have free parking for hotel guests.

Cozy hotel for family stay
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel with great location. It was easy to walk to all the main places we wanted to visit: the Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Cascade, Northern Avenue, and there were many restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with various requests, from recommending excursions to finding a vase for flowers and advising where to buy different things.

The room was cozy and warm, sometimes even too hot because of the heating, but with open windows it was nice. There was everything we needed. The breakfast were also very good with a great variety of food, vegetables, fruits, and desserts, all fresh and very tasty.

Pros:

It was my third stay here. Central yet quiet location, comfortable and clean rooms and beds, delicious breakfast with homemade dishes, wonderfully nice, polite and helpful personal make this hotel my first choice in Yerevan.

Overall, excellent choice
Pros:

The location is a great choice and I dont think I can find better. It is close to everything 100% good choice

Cons:

I had 1 problem is no shattaf (bidet). That was my only hassle. I had a bad smell from washroom but I guess this was just my nose.

Всегда останавливаюсь здесь при транзите в Ереване. Беру улучшенный номер. Очень нравится. Особенно порадовала возможность выезда в 13 часов. Очень хороший завтрак. Закажите кофе по восточному и попробуйте местное варенье

Очень удобное месторасположение отеля . Все в шаговой доступности. Очень вкусные завтраки. Постельное белье очень чистое. Номера убираются ежедневно. У меня был поздний выезд , разрешили находиться в номере еще 2 часа . С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель снова

Много раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Для меня это лучший вариант для короткой остановки в Ереване. Любезный отзывчивый персонал. Хороший wi fi. Вкусный завтрак.

Номер был напротив лифта. Но по факту шума было меньше, чем ожидалось
