This hotel is tucked out of the way, making the location very quiet. There is lots of parking and the hotel itself is very clean. It’s a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast has lots of variety.

It was late in the evening just arrived in Markham from a long distance drive. Could not find a place to stay (Our usual hotel, all full). By mistake we chose comfort in in New Market. We didn’t know it was quite far from our destination. The staff there was so kind to help us to get the one night stay in there and get the refund back for the rest of nights we booked in this location. The place is clean, quiet, staff is nice and breakfast is good. Comfort Inn stands up for its name! Thumbs up!!

The gazebo was wonderful. It was like we were a resort. The green grass. The box sping was squeeky and the matress was lumpy.

The hotel is in a good location and close to the hwy 404. Breakfast had good options. When checking out, the front desk person was outside on a smoke break and the group of staff that has just come in and were standing behind the counter completely ignored me. I had to politely ask for help. Not good customer service.

The room was clean and had thick towels. The room was pet friendly and had doggy bags available on the property.There was no animal messes outside. It is in an industrial area. so it was very quiet for sleeping. There is heavy traffic once you get out of the industrial area. A hot breakfast was included.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Not so good, the hotel over all very old smells very bad, very bad condition. The room has no water and tooth paste, I paid $222 per one night only I should expect something worth this money. The level of the hotel and the room like a. $70 room in a motel! Very disappointing!
