Not great price/quality. Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful main building from the outside with impressive gateway and courtyard.

Cons:

Reception / staff not welcoming.
The room was dark and spartan. It felt tired and lacked detail and a feeling of comfort.

Charmantes Hotel im Grünen
Pros:

Reizvoller alter Palast in der Nähe der Autobahn, trotzdem absolut ruhig inmitten von Wiesen und Wald gelegen. Großzügiges Zimmer mit angenehmer Klimaanlage (nicht laut!), bequemes Bett. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und im Sommer auch Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche auf der gemütlichen Terrasse zum Hof. Eingezäunter Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Personal freundlich und zugewandt.

Cons:

Alles bestens. Nur die hübschen Stühle auf der Terrasse sind leider ziemlich unbequem.

Cons:

Il letto una semplice rete appoggiata al muro senza spalliera, con a coprire davanti un telo. Arredo scarno, assenza di frigobar., hanno voluto mantenere la nudità delle stanze di un tempo ma così è eccessivo. Anche la colazione scarna mancavano addirittura le fette biscottate.

Appartamento molto accogliente, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Particolarmente apprezzata la location all'interno del piccolo borgo restaurato con attenzione. Posizione strategica per visitare Bologna e i dintorni lontano dal caos cittadino.

Great location and views!
Pros:

Location is great, inside a very historic complex, very calm and quiet! Very clean, with a very comfortable mattress and a good shower. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful. My check-in and check-out were done out of regular hours and super easy!

Cons:

Breakfast is a little poor, with few options of bread and no fresh fruits.

Un espectaculo !!!!
Pros:

El Palazzo de Rossi en una belleza, ubicado dentro de un borgo antiguo totalmente restaurado , mucho mas bello que lo que se ve en las fotos. Nos alojamos en el apartamento numero 1, totalmente nuevo , con cocina equipada, bano amplio, impecable , silencioso, a pesar que hubo un evento ,pudismos dormir bien.
Cenamos una noche en el restaurant , muy bueno !! la atencion optima, comida exelente y la sorpresa que los jueves hay musica en vivo .... no podiamos pedir mas !!!

Cons:

Desayuno básico, de poca calidad, solo las tortas eran variadas, mejorable .
Lo que resulta TOTALMENTE INACEPTABLE , es el servicio en sala para el desayuno, habiamos estado informados que el desayuno terminaba a las 9:30 , lo que no sabiamos es que a esa hora exacta debiamos dejar de comer , no terminar nuestro desayuno y salir de la sala, con este comentario ante nuestra sorpresa," Cuando el banco cierra Ud que hace?". Les recomiendo que le expliquen a esta persona que la atencion al cliente es parte vital en un hotel y es lo que hace que la experiencia sea memorable y repetible o no.!
Mejoraría el colchon ,que aunque nuevo , muy duro, las almohadas de poca calidad y solo 2, algo de decoracion para dar ambiente, pero siendo nuevo puede ser que las piensen agregar.

Urejeno, čisto, vse super. Krasen dvorec in super osebje. Okolje ne je očaralo.

Cons:

Če greš samo za en dan so težje dostopni, ker najbližji izhod iz AC ni plačljiv z gotovino ali bančno kartico.
