Very nice clean rooms

There is no breakfast at all.. so idk why advertise that. The chemicals used for cleaning is too strong. Very unfriendly management. Freakin smile or something jeez.

The good news? The hotel is new. Otherwise, expect the absolute minimum on every fronts. "Breakfast" was 2 containers of yogurt, a bowl of orange, two pieces of toast, and fruit loops or raisin bran. Broken pancake machine (in a brand new hotel??). The "pool" is about 10x10. The bed sheets were not washed and hairs were found all over them and the shower and bathroom. Gross.

I don't like to let people know when I'm traveling alone but when I do I usually book ahead of time and request a upper floor well I didn't book ahead as I was driving to see my son who is military and having seen him since December. 1st I couldn't get a room on the upper floor because the bottom wasn't "sold out" and when I entered the smoke detector wasn't there just a hole in the ceiling the AC unit is worn out while it wasn't dirty I still felt uncomfortable being on the 1st floor.

The room smelled terrible and was incredibly unclean. Someone left a snail trail on the blanket (iykyk) The floors were filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The “complimentary” continental breakfast was nothing but TANG, a few yogurts, empty cereal containers and a basket of instant oatmeal. AVOID at all cost.

There was a room connected to our room that the people who owned the property/work there were using. At almost midnight, they were apparently partying or something in there, yelling, banging on the walls so hard it was vibrating on our end, and trying to open the door to the adjoining room. I was trying to get 4 kids to sleep. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I should be given a refund.

A new property clean and quiet with easy parking and an Outdoor pol

I don't know if it was Hotel.com or Quality Inn's fault but i was charged an unexpected amount of $25.00 per night for a small dog. All that was said by Hotel.com was that it was pet friendly, no mention of a fee.

This was a quick trip to pick our daughter up from college and this was a fantastic place to stay for the night. The room was clean and huge.

Last minute decision to stay and it was a great choice, the room was clean, up to date and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

Cleaness

Bed sheets were very dirty with stains and crusty stains all over . Room smelled like cigarettes and there was a family with a dog in the next room over being very loud.
We checked out one hour after checking in.

The service upon check-in was average at best. I asked the man upon check in if they had a guest laundry and he simply replied yes. That was it simply yes. I go to do my laundry and the washing machine washes my clothes. I go to dry my clothes and lose $4 in their machine to find out it will not dry clothes. When I arrived I was not charged a room deposit and that is the only thing that I have that I can say in favor of this place. When I got into the room and looked in the refrigerator I think God that I keep my own cleaning products with me. It was nasty and I cleaned it. I also cleaned a dead roachout of it. My grandson saw a rat run out of the door when he opened the door to the room one time. I saw a live roach before we left the place this morning. The TV service was terrible. It had to picture cutting in and out on every channel. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds had a sheet on top that appeared to have been unwashed and or dirty. I certainly would not recommend staying here. I was incredibly disappointed.

It is under construction so not perfect but expected. My deposit not being refunded is a big reason to not stay again.

The motel is being refurbished, so breakfast is not offered at this time. The first room we were given had a smelly fridge, but the manager ws very accommodating and gave us a slightly larger room at no extra cost.That room was clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Were it not for the work going on I would have given it 4 stars. We stayed three days.
