I have booked this hotel for long weekend and when I called them at the time of checking to tell them that I would be late they said that they cannot find by reservation at all, and hung up the phone , it was around 9 and I am sitting in a parking lot calling 10 different hotels to find accommodation for me and my family as they said they cannot do anything about the reservation, how cannot they find the reservation and still charge the amount from my card , bullshit😡, I don’t usually give reviews but this is the worst experience with them and the operator a lady she is very rude.
