Quality Inn & Suites Dixon near I-88

Nothing GM was very rude!

The place is undergoing renovations, so it’s not fully functional, but they are able to keep it going. The front desk is simply that- a place to check in, and then you go all the way to the back and enter another door to get into the wing that is open. The room was spacious and well kept. The heat was on, which was much appreciated given the below zero temperature outside. Wi-Fi was easy to access and was fine. My only complaint was the hair strands and a ball of hair on the shower curtain. The pool and gym were accessible to guests. Breakfast had hot options such as scrambled eggs, sausage, diced potatoes. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was under major construction was not worth the money spent. Being handicapped was not easy to get around had to go outside to get to the pool breakfast room. Was a major walk

Very nice facility. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. The pool area is very nice as well as the workout room.

Bathroom shower head was disgustingly rusted and needed replaced. Furniture old, mattress old, tv old, carpet old. Very unhappy

Excellent customer service, we had issue with heat/air. Maintenance Jose was dispatched to room repaired toilet issue and brought us space heater immediately and helped us. Outstanding courteous service. Will stay again as choice member. M and M

I was shocked by the level of neglect and disgust I encountered.

To start, the room had visible bugs, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a sorry state—there was an unflushed toilet, which was beyond disgusting, and hair scattered across the floor. It was obvious that no effort had been made to thoroughly clean the room.

The carpet was dirty and stained, making it feel as though the room hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. But perhaps the most alarming discovery was a used tampon tucked into the nightstand drawer. I was appalled that something like that could have been overlooked by housekeeping.

We stayed in the east wing, which is a new addition to hotel. Somehow they were able to make the new wing look like it was old. It was disgustingly dirty, looked like 10,000 people had stayed in it before us, and someone tried cleaning it with one clorox wipe before we arrived. We had 1 towel and could not get anymore due to “the hotel being busy.” The door to our room had its own quirks where it would take 5-minutes of attempting varying strategies to get it open. When I first tried to open the door, it felt like it was locked on the inside by the latch lock.

Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Hot tub was excellent. We all good a good night sleep each night.

We have stayed here before; it has gone down hill. Food was, at best, adequate. Towels wee flimsy; staff could not print a statement before we left; it was noisy during the night.

Comfortable beds and convenient location.
