Pros:

Zimmerausstattung.

Cons:

Schimmel in der Dusche. Spinnweben über der Türe. Tür zum Bad dreckig. Keine Möglichkeit im Bad zu lüften. Silberfische in der Dusche.

Gut Lage, nettes Personal…
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Mosel. Mein Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf die Mosel. Es gab kostenfreie Getränke in der Minibar.

Cons:

Das Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es ließ sich nur eine Tür der Dusche öffnen, sodass der Einstieg nur für schlanke Menschen möglich ist.

Die Lage war natürlich super, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mosel. Mein Motorrad konnte ich im Hinterhof abstellen, Perfekt 👍

Cons:

Im Waschbecken waren noch Zahnputz-Reste vom Vorgänger…
Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig , die Wiener Würstchen, waren ungenießbar, wahrscheinlich zu lange erhitzt und zu alt. Der Käse hat sich an den Seiten schon gewölbt, trocken.
Viele Dinge leider defekt, im Treppenhaus fehlte die Abdeckung der Lampe, die Duschkabine war auch defekt. Das Waschbecken hatte einen großen Sprung (Riss)

Alken ist immer wieder schön!
Pros:

Das vorhandene Personal ist äußerst bemüht, aber es fehlt zu den Stoßzeiten (Frühstück und Bedienung in der Aussengastronomie) an Manpower.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert...😔

Sehr reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr appetitlich präsentiert
Sehr freundliches Personal
Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sich gut gefühlt, weil er sogar mitgehen durfte zum Frühstück

Cons:

Die Duschtür im Zimmer 105 war etwas „altersschwach“, sie hat sich nicht mehr richtig schließen lassen
