Leider enttäuschend für das Geld
Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend

Cons:

Zimmer dreckig mit Schimmelbildung im Badezimmer den man definitiv mit etwas putzen entfernen könnte.
Kabel auf den Gängen woran man sich verletzen könnte und ein stetig muffiger Geruch auf den Fluren.

Ideal riverside base for the Moselle Camino — spacious and spotless
Pros:

A lovely hotel; the rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right across the road from the river and very close to a great supermarket, restaurants and bars. It is a perfect stop if you are walking the Moselle Camino. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause ❤️
Pros:

Nur selten habe ich mich in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt. Die familiäre Atmosphäre macht es einem leicht, über kleine Mängel hinweg zu sehen. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder wenn ich in der Nähe bin - und wenn es nur für einen Spaziergang mit dem Hotelhund „Vodka“ ist.

Aangenaam hotel voor een tussenstop.
Pros:

Oud hotel, overgenomen door een groep. Maar toch zeer goed in orde.
Super ontbijtbuffet. (beetje teveel ;-) )
Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Beperkte aanbieding van avondeten. Prijs/aangebodene niet zo goed.

Insgesamt ein fragwürdiger Aufenthalt und aufgrund des schlechten und unfreundlichen Services nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Der Ausblick auf die Mosel, die Zimmergröße und die zentrale Lage haben mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Check-In hat unglaublich lang gedauert und war auffallend unprofessionell. Aufgrund dessen, dass der Rezeptionist keine Lust hatte, seinen Computer anzumachen, habe ich den Aufenthalt schließlich doppelt bezahlt. Auf Nachrichten wurde anschließend nicht reagiert, sodass ich den Betrag über meine Kreditkarte zurückbuchen musste. Das Zimmer war um nach 16:00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig, weshalb die Reinigungskraft unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen hat, dass wir nach 5 Minuten wiederkommen sollen. Das Waschbecken war verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Das Frühstück war okay, wobei ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, warum es für ein Hotel dieser Größe nur einen Kaffeeautomaten gibt. Dadurch kommt es natürlich zu sehr langen Schlangen. Hier war immerhin das Personal freundlich.

Hut ab vor dem freundlichen und engagierten Personal bei dem Zustand des Hotels
Pros:

Das Personal war super. Es hat alles rausgerissen, was das Hotel an sich nicht halten konnte.
Ohne das super engagierte Personal vor Ort, wären wir sicherlich am Ankunftstag wieder abgereist.
Die Hotelleitung kann stolz auf diese engagierten Mitarbeiter sein.
Die 7 Bewertungspunkte haben die Mitarbeiter erarbeitet, definitiv nicht der Hotelzustand.

Cons:

Die Zimmer: Schimmel an der kompletten Duschwand, ich würde fast schon sagen: Gesundheitsgefährdend
Der Toilettendeckel rutschte hin und her
Es fehlte einfach an Personal. Aber das Personal was da war, hat sich den Ar... aufgerissen um die Sitaution zu retten.
