Fotos von den Zimmern in den Prospeckten können doch sehr täuschen. An Booking gerichtet.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Wünsche wie Spiegelei wurden erfüllt und es war recht Abwechslungsreich.
Personal sehr aufmerksam und war da wenn es gebraucht wurde.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Zimmergröße ( Preis/ Leistung ) Badzelle sehr klein und eng. Dazu noch einiges defeckt ( Duschtür ausgehackt, Höhenverstellung Dusche, Fenster Verriegelung). Zimmer sehr laut.

die Rezeption ist nur sehr begrenzt besetzt, gerade für telefonische Anfragen nicht erreichbar.

Fantastisch, goede ligging mooi uitzicht over de moesel.
Pros:

Goede ligging, diervriendelijk, heerlijk bed mooie grote kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt vooral ook de keuze van de koffie 🥰

Cons:

Kleine entree, wanneer er iemand aan het inchecken is kun je elkaar lastig passeren, maar was geen groot min punt hoor😉

Niet de eerste keer en zeker niet de laatste keer!
Ontzettend fijn verblijf, mooie omgeving maar het zijn vooral de mensen van het hotel die het verschil maken. Zo gastvrij en mensgericht, pure gastronomie!

Great location with a disappointing service

The location is good.

Cons:

Arrived on time for check in just to find out, that our room was not ready. We waited 3hours in front of the restaurant for our rooms to be ready. We got 1 coffee free as compensation… then I noticed, that in our room there is a remote for a ventilator but no ventilator. When reached out to reception, she checked and told me she will ask a staff member to bring one to our room. For our surprise when arrived back to our room later that night, we realized that nothing was done on that matter… disappointing experience in general.
