Pros:

Hotel nový, pěkně vybavený, s bazénem. Pokoje na kartu s vlastní koupelnou (ručníky a osušky k dispozici), TV a balkonem. Na recepci jsme si řekli o župany a ručníky (byly nám dány zdarma a v tašce přes rameno). Postele vysoké se středně tvrdou matrací. V okolí vše blízko, včetně obchodů s oblečením, plavkami, lékárnou a restauracemi. Nejblíže jsou termály Eins, v podstatě naproti hotelu. Snídaně formou švédských stolů naprosto luxusní s velkým výběrem jídel, ovocem, zeleninou a s různými druhy džusů a teplých nápojů.

Cons:

Termaly Eins (novější) sice blízko, ale zbytečně drahé, i co se týká jídla a pití (to se vše platilo u pokladny přes čipové hodinky a fyzicky platilo až na konci u čipovacích bran. I když jsme měli QR kod na mailu od hotelu, tak jsme museli stejně vstupné zaplatit v podstatě celé. Další den jsme šli do Europy a i když nejsou tak moderní, tak vše proběhlo rychleji, příjemněji a levněji. Jídlo tam bylo opravdu skvělé.
A až na konci pobytu byla vyžadována platba taxy od hotelu 20 Eur.

Sehr schöner Poolbereich

Cons:

Eine nicht wirklich schließende Glasschiebetüre an der Toilette - eine neuerdings immer wieder anzutreffende Fehlleistung von Innenarchitekten.

Pros:

Sehr gutes moderne Hotel. Mit Swimmenpool, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Früschtuck und Freundliches Personal. Ich war dort erste mal, aber möchte nächte mal auch kommen.

Zimmer war leider über der Küche. Um 6:00 Uhr morgens hat der Backautomat laut geklingelt und das dann noch mehrmals bis 8:00 Uhr.

Ihr Haus und Ihr Personal hat noch Luft nach oben und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gut.
Pros:

Die Lage und das schon und hochwertig renovierte aber für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kleine Zimmer und kleine Bad.

Cons:

Defekte Duschhalterung, fehlender Platz zur Kofferablage, die Aussicht zum Hinterhof, das teilweise ignorante Rezeptionspersonal (ein Gruß war selbst bei doppelter Besetzung der Rezeption wegen Privatgesprächen und lustlosem Blick in die Bildschirme nicht möglich, das mit einer Person besetzte Frühstücksbuffet war zu knapp geplant. Freundlichkeit kostet scheinbar nur bei Ihren ausländischen Angestellten keinen Aufpreis!?

Hitzebedingt bat ich um einen Ventilator, welcher umgehend bereit gestellt wurde.
Tolle Bar und guter Service.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zwar umfangreich, jedoch meist jeden Tag das gleiche. Das Rührei und die Spiegeleier wurden nach meiner Reklamation anschließend 1x frisch zubereitet. Ansonsten standen die Eierspeise meist mehrere Stunden in der Kasserolle.
Andere Reklamation (Duscharmatur und Schimmel) wurden wurden aufgenommen, aber nicht behoben, sodass ich mir in der Dusche durch heißes Wasser fast verbrannt hätte.
