Comfort Suites near I-80 and I-94

Sheets were dirty. Room was dirty, staff kept saying “idk it’s my first day” and there was nobody else to help. Had to ask for TP cause there was none when we checked in. We had to asked 4 times for new sheets and blankets

I had to ask for linen for the sofa bed.

The blanket was dirty the picture that was advertised was not the correct representation of the space and cleanliness of the room, the sofa bed had rust stains all over it and had to go request bedding. The room was too small for 4 adults for a King Suite. And the price was high.

The front desk clerk had a bad attitude. I asked him for pool towels for my kids he told me he didn’t have any to give me. The rooms are shabby. The couches are peeling the let out couch, which turned into a sofa. Bed has all type of yellow staining on it.

Our room was so filthy the bedding was just so dirty full of hair and looked like they were never washed pillows had so much hair and were not made up looked like they just put the same used ones from previous guests everything dusty just no way I would start her with my 4 kids

We didn’t get our cleaning for our stay on the 2nd or 3rd night.

The king size bed comes with four mini twin size pillows and when I asked for extra I was told they didn’t have extra. The blankets stuffing was coming out of the many holes in the blanket. When I requested clean towels they came to our room to collect the dirty ones in order for us to get clean ones. They literally police the breakfast, you can only have breakfast if you eat it in the small dining area between 6a and 9:30a, they have signs posted and person who in the dining area announcing the rules. The halls reeked of marijuana the next morning and the elevator floor was filthy. The floor in the room looked clean but after walking barefoot my feet were visibly dirty. There were stains on the walls, scratches on the furniture, and some missing drawers handles. The television automatically goes off every couple of hours and the max volume is less than half the maximum. At least the a/c worked good, the staff were cordial and the bed was comfortable. Ice machine wasn't convenient.

The rooms were horrible. My first room room 219 was so horrible hair all over the bed and floor. Black little dots on the pillows and the toilet didnt flush. They moved me to room 308 and it wasnt much better but no hair. Lots of burns on the sheets. And weird stuff on the pillows.

The facilities was nice, location was nice it was just some of the guest was just disrespectful having their kids by the food coughing and sneezing running up and down the hallways so much water from the pool all over the floor going toward the elevator plus on the elevator I almost fall twice and staff seem like they were scared to say anything
