It was a bit run-down, with dirty marks on the walls; the hall carpet was neither clean nor vacuumed. I stayed because no other rooms in the area were available.

Cons:

From the entrance to the room was dirty, unswept, the pull out couch was very dirty. Didn't want to sit on it. The breakfast area wasn't very clean, didn't trust the food safety so we ate somewhere else. I will never recommend this place. It was a bad reflection on the corporate name. Will report to AAA.

As a comport inn it was under par but if you are only staying one night it is fine
Pros:

This comport inn is very tired but the bed was vary comfortable the linens were clean and no bedbugs

Cons:

The hall way carpets needed vacuumed, after my shower my feet were black from from the floor, the furniture in the room was tired,on the morning of check out our toilet would not flush,and the security lock was broken off, there were no hot foods for breakfast

Location doesnt always cover up the hotel's issues and lack of upkeep/updating.
Pros:

Location was the only good thing.

Cons:

My room microwave didnt work, frig wouldn't stay closed, I feel like the fiberglass shower in room 309 is awfully noisy and sounds like it needs repair. The pool door was always left open and the pool water was way too cold to enjoy. The elevator made alot of noises and buzzing when running and that could be because the Hotels elevator inspection expired In February of 2025, which seems unacceptable. The breakfast room was way too crowded and not pleasant to try and eat in. I would not come back to this hotel if I was a paying customer.

Pros:

I liked that the hotel was halfway between our multiple destinations.

Cons:

I booked this hotel and paid for it 4 months ago. No where in the booking or in the hotel policies does it day anything about needing a deposit upon arrival. I did not come prepared to have to pay a deposit. The staff refused to budge on this even when I explained that no where does it say anything about needing a deposit. There was nothing posted when we checked in either. I had to use my 16 year old son's account to pay the deposit.

In our room the toilet had to be flushed twice every time you used it because it wouldn't flush the first time. The handle for the shower was broken. Every time you turned the shower on the handle fell off.

The pool area was very run down looking, there was wads of gum in the pool. The ladders were loose.

Black mold on ceiling tile in bathroom. detached smoke detector from wall, furniture in disrepair refrigerator leg was broken and banging around coffee packets no coffee pot exterior there was garbage everywhere

rooms looked nothing like the pictures, couch was raggedy bed had stains on it. the pool water was nasty along with they had dope heads hanging around the building
