Well recommended.
Pros:

The kitchen was very well equipped enabling me to prepare some of my own meals. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of hot water. Good A/C too. Nice quiet area away from downtown noise. The staff were very responsive to my requests for laundry and towels. Even the resident cats were friendly.

Cons:

Could have used some smaller pots for cooking and paper towels for wipe up.

Great place, good value
Pros:

Dark, cool and quiet private bedroom, we slept so good. Separate bedroom to living room, well supplied, location is far from central but everything you need is near. Never met owners but cleaning and maintenance staff lovely and friendly . Golf cart recommended

Cons:

Nothing but would have liked more pillows and outdoor cushions on wooden chairs.

the location was ok. it is located in a small nieghbourhood outside of the main area of the city (town) which was nice as it was not as busy or as noisy as the center of town.

Cons:

he sofa in the sitting area was very hard, not much cushioning.

Pros:

La struttura tranquilla e immersa in un bel giardino tropicale. All'arrivo ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie (negozi di frutta, supermercati, ristoranti) per organizzare il nostro soggiorno e hanno contattato per noi il centro per effettuare lo snorkelling nella barriera corallina che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. La suite è ampia e dotata di una bella cucina con tutto il necessari (stoviglie, frigo, microonde, tostapane, fornelli, macchina per il caffè). Il personale è disponibile e simpatico. È un indirizzo imperdibile, anche per il prezzo contenuto e per la possibilità di preparare i pasti visti i prezzi sostenuti dei ristoranti

Short stay in SanPedro
Pros:

Fully stocked suite, decorated in a cute Caribbean style. The location was quiet. Value was excellent. Really enjoyed it. Definitely a good discovery.

Cons:

They offered to check on something for me but never did get back to me. Sent to many automated messages. Received the departure info and hadn’t even arrived yet!

Comfortable stay for a family of four, friendly staff - quiet location.
Pros:

Fantastic room for our family - large, cleana nd comfortable this was an idea base for a quick visit to Belize. The staff were super helpful and we had all the facilities we needed as a family.

Cons:

No notes really except to mention this is not a central location, but only a 5 minute gold cart ride from donwtown. There are plenty of walkable food options in the area - gold cart parking also super useful.

Good place to stay in San Pedro!
Pros:

Good sized rooms with everything you need. We were provided with multiple towels, kitchen essentials, coffee and a TV.
Check in was smooth and the team handled our laundry smoothly too.
We also asked for a taxi on our leaving day and this was again a smooth process.
Location is walkable to the main area but enough out of town that it is quiet.

Cons:

I didn’t see that the property provided drinking water. This would have been very useful and most places we have stayed in Central America have provided guests with drinking water.

Pros:

Belize Budget Suites was a nearly perfect stay. The apartments are comfortable, creativly decorated and convenient. Comfortable bed, hot shower, working tv, good ac, beautiful yard. What more does a budget traveler need?

Cons:

Really nothing to complain about at all. Could have used a cheese grater. Lol.

Pros:

Complejo silencioso y tranquilo, la Cama súper amplia y comoda, al igual que el baño, con agua bien caliente,
la cocina,muy bien equipada tiene todo lo necesario, la salida es a las 11 pero nuestro ferry salía a la 1, muy amablemente nos permitió la Sra salir a las 12. Nos dejó mapas y mucha información para manejarnos perfectamente.

good spot to land in belize city
Pros:

the location is near the main Belize water taxi to san pedro, they have security at night, you are gated with a code access, felt safe.

Cons:

you are gonna be paying "western" prices around this area, not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind, if you are expecting local prices for food.

Absolutely recommend for location, comfort, price and overall experience.
Pros:

I loved the location (right next to main roads, yet separated for a calmer setup), staff (pleasant, helpful with tips and recommandations), the size of the room (with kitchen/couch area), the bed and pillows which were very comfortable. The pricing is what made me choose this place and I would say is what makes all the difference.

Cons:

The only thing I would recommend, which is apparently already planned, is the improvement of the entry road which was muddy due to the rain season.
