Not again.
Pros:

Room was suitable for 5 adults. Overall it was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Met our request to have lower floor

Cons:

Ants - we were in Room 103. When I went to bed, pulled my e-reader out and within seconds found an ant crawling on it. I COULD NOT SLEEP. Did not share with son and grandchildren as we had been driving for 11 hours and wanted them to sleep. All seen the ants in morning on walls and even in their water bottles (with lids). Delay our leaving early as we all had to shower and empty all of our bags, they were that bad. Advised front desk when we checked out.

Our whole Pennsylvania group was not impressed
Cons:

Stayed 2 nights, never had room service to clean our trash, replace our coffee, replace our bedding, or our towels for showering. Front desk blamed "covid", come on that was 6 years ago!!!

It was raining and the ceiling in our room was leaking. They were able to give us another room without any problems.

The room and breakfast areas were clean. Personnel were helpful. Breakfast was adequate

Cons:

The room lacked some items which would have made it more comfortable. For instance, the bathroom should have had a towel shelf/rod above the toilet near the tub. There was no light near the sofa.

Bathroom fan extremely loud & room 305 fan very loud above mine. Bathroom not good for handicap. .not shower accessible.. couldn't lift up leg over tub. Friend slipped & fell in #105. Paramedic came to assist her. Went to hospital bout an hour later & now has collar bone broken..if shower floor was flat she wouldn't have lost her balance.. the metal handles on wall were nice but her hand couldn't grab it in time to stop the fall. She slid off the seat of tub chair. & Fell to floor....also parking needs to b closer for handicap drivers to access front entrance. Rust was obvious in our tub areas #105 & #205 both of them, pretty bad. Breakfast area was clean & food was good ...thank you TV news was nice in lobby area also to eat & watch morning events ..

No receipt for the for the first time ever and I e stayed at tons of booking . Com hotels! I’m done with booking .com and comfort inn. Lousy horrible breakfast
