Buena ubicación, el personal muy agradable. Muy práctico la opción de elegir o no el desayuno por 10€, tiene lo necesario para empezar el día.
El aire acondicionado frío no funcionaba. Solo había ventilación en modo calor por lo que no se podía enfriar la habitación.

Da vi kommer og skal tjekke ind, får vi pludselig at vide at vi ikke kan få det bestilte/bookede værelse, men de kalder det vi får for en opgradering grundet renovering - dette har vi ikke fået info om. Det vi kommer ind til på det nye værelse er ikke en upgrade - det er mørkt og koldt rum, der lugter af kloak fra badeværelset og ligger klods op ad køkkenet, som begynder at larme fra kl 06:00 om morgenen.
Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du grand canal. Rue calme. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner complet.
Chambre mal isolée, on entendait les voisins du bas. Salle de bain très petite et oreillers plats et durs.
Location and price is more competitive than the rest in the area . Tudor at reception desk I’d amazing , super friendly and helpful .

For a very small tight room, it was well thought out. We had a carry on bag that we used for the stay and never had to open our suitcases which helped in the cramped space. A large selection at the breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day.
The location is close to the train station, but you have to go over a bridge with steps. It makes it difficult with wheeled luggage. Found someone on the way back with a cart who brought the 2 suitcases to the train station door for 10 Euro. The room was expensive when compared to other cities in comparable locations visited in Italy.

Very good location, quiet area, but still very close to center
Dobra lokalizacja- ciche miejsce, blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Czystość ok, obsługa ok.
Pokój- brak kołdry, tylko prześcieradło do przykrycia się oraz niedomykające się drzwi do łazienki.
Brak zestawu do ciepłej wody np. do herbaty lub leków.
Śniadania- bardzo słabe menu, kawa i herbata donoszona przez obsługę w dzbankach. Brak ekspresu. Niestety ale kawa jedynie rozpuszczalna i to słabej jakości.
