Zimmer im 1.Og. in den Hinterhof war ein winziges und vor allem finsteres Loch mit fast keinem Tageslichteinfall. Mit 3 Stern Niveau hat dieses Zimmer absolut nichts zu tun. Dieser Raum taugt nur als Putzkammerl.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Venise et nous en sommes vraiment ravis ! Tout était parfait, que ce soit la propreté de l’établissement, le confort, la qualité du service ou encore la gentillesse du personnel.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié une attention qui a fait toute la différence : notre avion étant arrivé tôt le matin, nous nous sommes présentés à l’hôtel vers 9h30. À notre grande surprise, notre chambre était déjà disponible et le personnel nous l’a remise immédiatement, alors que le check-in est normalement prévu bien plus tard dans la journée. C’est un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié, car cela nous a permis de nous installer et de profiter pleinement de notre première journée.
Le personnel est tout simplement adorable : accueillant, souriant, bienveillant, toujours à l’écoute et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Il y a également toujours quelqu’un à la réception, ce qui est très rassurant et pratique.
La propreté est irréprochable et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise tout au long de notre séjour.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Das Zimmer war klein und im Badezimmer konnte man nicht aufrecht stehen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Außerdem hört man im Zimmer alles vom Nachbarn einfach schrecklich
