Location was convenient to downtown. Staff were excellent. The premium coffee maker in the lobby made the wife super happy. She loves her cappuccino…!!!

Pros:

It was clean and quite. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee was ok. Close to the old part of town that we wanted to visit. Happy with our stay.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The inn was nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Didn’t really not like anything other than the tv kept freezing up and we would have to shut it off to get it working again.

Close to most things.

Cons:

The staff at front desk. We didn’t realize there was not an elevator and had lots of luggage. No help was offered just a “it’s good exercise” was the advice. Other guests actually helped us. Also TV and WIFI did not work during the whole duration of our stay. I came to the front desk to ask a question and the woman was on the phone. She out the phone on her shoulder with a look that suggested “is this going to take long”.

Great place to stay outside of downtown area, quiet, breakfast was decent.
Pros:

Liked the location and main floor was nicely decorated. Liked the barrel sourced decor in room. The coffee machine in lobby was great

Cons:

There are no hooks in shower, there is no luggage valet. I almost tripped going down the steps(there is a ledge on the first step that is covered with carpet)

Perfect location to visit the Oscar Getz Museum of Bourbon History.
Pros:

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, good and tasty breakfast selection. The staff is great!

Cons:

Limited parking in front, but fear not… there’s plenty of parking around back, and your car will be in the morning shade from the building. Nice in the summer.

It was good and we enjoyed Bardstown and the Inn
Pros:

Like most places that have a breakfast offered, it was good

Cons:

Asked for a bottle of wine for my wife's birthday and received none. You need a desk person for afternoon to like 11 or midnight. Bartender was doing check ins as well as trying to keep customers happy in bar. So he was running back and forth.
