Children under 18 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Access to the spa is subject to a supplement of 8 Euros. Reservations are required.

As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.

Un hotel perfecto para visitar Oporto.
Pros:

Ubicación, confort de la habitación, cama, baño, desayuno, atención, gimnasio, todo se puede calificar de excelente. Recomendable al cien por cien.

Camera molto spaziosa e ben rifornita di bottiglia d' acqua di benvenuto e bollitore con bevande calde gratis. Doccia molto spaziosa.

Cons:

Peccato non aver trovato posto nella spa vi avrei passato volentieri un oretta di relax ma mi sembra di aver capito essere molto piccola infatti era prenotabile al max per sole 4 persone.

Pros:

Rafael was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast lady was communicative far more than receptionist lady and even helped me with suggesting few places to visit,which I did.

Cons:

Firstly, this did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I don't recommend this chain of hotels and surely won't be back.

If you want to use sauna - you have to pay extra. First time I experienced that.

Receptionist lady was unwelcoming and with attitude. I understand we all have bad days but when u work at the reception ,you should give off welcoming vibe and be helpfull.

Bathroom sink in my room was clogged so couldn't even wash hands properly and when I pointed it out to the receptionist lady, she rolled her eyes and nothing was fixed in 2 days i stayed there. I asked to see a different room and she just said its not possible at the moment and never mentioned it later on.

Rooms have no carpeting, so the floor is freezing cold,felt super uncomfortable, like walking barefoot on ice.
Gym is literaly so small you cant even turn around.
Hotel was EMPTY,in 2 days I literally saw only was 1 guest.
I would give it a lower grade but they let me have chips from minibar for free to silence me.😂

Amazing location. Rooms very extremely comfortable and staff were super helpful. Spa facilities were clean and a definite bonus. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early to the room

Pros:

Funcionários super simpáticos, as instalações são muito agradáveis e a localização é excelente.
Em termos de decoração, é um hotel super bem conseguido, muito elegante e com instalações bastante amplas.
A zona do spa é agradável, mas podia ser complementada com mais opções de relaxamento, como um jacuzzi, banho turco ou experiências diferenciadas na piscina.

Cons:

Pode não ser culpa do Hotel, mas os lugares de cargas e descargas estavam ocupados quando chegamos, o que não permitiu realizar o check-in de forma tranquilo pois não tínhamos onde colocar o carro para descarregar as bagagens.
Para além disso, o parque de estacionamento com o qual o hotel tem parceria, não fica propriamente perto do hotel como referem, fica a cerca d 10 minutos a pé.
