Children under 18 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Access to the spa is subject to a supplement of 8 Euros. Reservations are required.

As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful & competent. They recommended excellent local restaurants and even made bookings for these and taxis for us too. They spoke excellent English and German too. The small spa has everything you need to relax - Sauna, jacuzzi jets, and a high pressure "waterfall" in the plunge bath.

Cons:

It was a perfect stay.

Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable.
Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Les frais annexes sont un peu cher : le petit déjeuner même s'il est de qualité est à 21€.
L'accès au spa à 8€ n'est pas donné pour une piscine balnéothérapie pas chaude et avec 1 sauna

מלון ברמה ונוחות גבוהים עם צוות אדיב.
Pros:

המיקום ואדיבות הצוות. המקלחת גדולה מאוד!!!

Cons:

היו בעיות עם הניאגרה באחד החדרים. טופל, אח חזר כמה פעמים לאחר מכן. בסוף סידרנו בעצמנו.

Muy bien ubicado y cómodo
Pros:

Nos dieron una habitacion superior por llevar mascota sin coste añadido.
La ubicacion muy buena para hacer turismo.
El baño espectacular, una ducha muy gratificante tras un largo dia de paseo.

Cons:

No tiene aparcamiento propio.
La fianza por mascota es algo que genera mucha descondianza, la mascota ya paga lo suyo, a los humanos no les piden fianza y pueden ocasionar mas daños. Cierto que la devuelven de inmediato a la salida, pero choca ese gesto. Viajo con frecuencia y nunca me había ocurrido.
El precio del desayuno demasiado elevado.
