The staff were excellent. From the welcome from Jorge to especially the advice and tips given by Lucas they made the stay even better for us.
We benefited from the use of an access friendly room. Whilst the increased size was great to have, some of the elements were a bit frustrating - the toilet grab rails would not stay upright out of the way (fixing broken), and the sink being lowered meant it drained extremely slowly.
People reserving pool recliners all day was irritating, despite the signs put out to prevent it.

La végétation du jardin des saules qui est inadaptée avec des feuilles et des morceaux partout sur les tables les transats et la piscine. La tv est avec une chromecast ce qui est nul on ne peut pas brancher une Apple TV l chrome cast ne reconnaît pas les applis en dolby c’est inadapté et très décevant t sur un 4 étoiles de ne pas pouvoir regarder la tv comme on veut Gros gros point négatif
Goede locatie. Mooi hotel. Lekker ontbijt met verse jus d’orange en verse gebakken eitjes.
De kraan van de douche was erg moeilijk op de juiste temperatuur in te stellen. Dit was op beide kamers, dus geen toeval
Great staff, clean, nice food
The shower in our room was terrible, it was like trying to get a shower in boiling water. Wouldn’t regulate and the people next door had the same problem. We couldn’t get a shower for 3 days in hot weather.
Only a 15 minute walk to the bridge and old town. Attentive staff. Peaceful atmosphere.

Dalla prima sera del pernottamento ci siamo resi conto che lo sciacquone del bagno aveva qualche problema. Lo abbiamo immediatamente segnalato in reception e sono intervenuti nel risolverlo..ma a distanza di pochissimo tempo il problema si è ripresentato.. segnalato confermano di aver risolto.. segnalato nuovamente ci confermavano di aver risolto.. alla fine alla terza sera esausti ci propongono di cambiare stanza.. accettiamo pensando finalmente ad una soluzione.
Ci assegnano una stanza al primo piano.. presumo sopra la SPA.. la temperatura all’interno della stanza era altissima e il calore proveniente dalle saune arrivava alla stanza rendendola invivibile. Quasi inutile tenere l’aria condizionata accesa. Non si riusciva a trovare un equilibrio.. il bagno poi.. sembrava un bagno turco!! Non credo che il personale non fosse a conoscenza della situazione che si viene a creare in quella stanza…
La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, las camas muy cómodas, las hamacas de la piscina también super cómodas, el desayuno fabuloso

Our rooms were what we expected. Clean and comfortable.
We can’t really complain about much. The only two issues, the pool wasn’t heated and parking is horrible. Otherwise everything is what we expected.

Elke dag schone handdoeken, schone nette kamers. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en kan terplaatse bijgeboekt worden.
De douche was lastig te reguleren; of te heet of te weinig druk. Dit komt sowieso vaker voor in Zuid-Europese landen.
Pand kan aan de buitenkant wel wat verf gebruiken.
