Pas d'eau chaude le soir quand je suis arrivé. Et le matin pas pu utiliser l'eau car bouillante. Coupure d'eau froide. Pas pu me doucher ni même me laver les dents

Insécurité totale
Porte ouverte le soir en bas après 21 h.
Un couple est rentré dans notre chambre en pleine nuit avec un code. Nous avons été réveillés avons eu très peur. In croyable !!!! Première fois que ça nous arrive, incompréhensible !!!!!
Nous l avons signalé à l accueil. Pas de réponses à nos questions.!!!!

Pros:

Malgré une arrivée tardive, après la fermeture de la réception, j'ai pu accéder facilement à ma chambre grâce aux codes envoyés par mail. La chambre était propre, le petit déjeuner très bien.
