Hôtel idéalement situé
Pros:

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est excellent et c’est très calme. Personnel agréable. Certaines chambres sont plus grandes que les autres donc attention
Petit déjeuner parfait

Ottima posizione in centro. Abbastanza tranquillo senza rumori eccessivi dalla strada. Colazione discreta.

Cons:

Terribile problema di pulizia degli asciugamani, ogni giorni era necessario chiedere in reception di cambiarli e spesso un cambio non era sufficiente a risolvere il problema. Il problema è stato segnalato il primo giorno e ci saremmo quindi aspettati nei giorni successivi una maggiore attenzione, mentre se possibile era sempre peggio.
Pulizia delle camere discreta.
Prodotti da forno nella colazione di bassa qualità e poca varietà di pane e formaggi.
Stanza non rispecchiava completamente quella prenotata.

Propre et pratique, bien situé.
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique proche des commerces, des restaurants, des boutiques et du centre ville. Gentillesse du personnel, buffet du petit-déjeuner bien garni, propreté des chambres, salles de bains refaites agréables, climatisation et coffre-fort, moustiquaire, rangements suffisants et chambres bien agencées. Proximité de la ligne du tram pour se rendre à l'aéroport en toute facilité.

Cons:

Tapage nocturne 2 nuits sur 6 par des clients du restaurant attenant à l'hôtel. Insonorisation des chambres qui ne permettent pas toujours le repos (bruit de chasse d'eau ou de douche de la chambre voisine, conversations des voisins, portes qui se ferment en claquant, discussions dans le couloir). Une livraison par un camion vers 5h30 pour la supermarché d'à côté qui laisse son moteur allumé le temps de baisser la barrière d'accès au piétonnier. Pas d'ascenseur dans une des parties de l'hôtel.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man erreicht alle wichtigen Orte der Innenstadt zu Fuss.

Cons:

Einige Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen oder schlecht unterhalten. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. N

Einfach perfekt- wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Essen sehr lecker und das ganze Team freundlich und hilfsbereit.
