Pros:

空港からトラムで1本で来れて、ビーチや広場までも近く立地はとても良かったです！
スタッフもみんな親切でチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて、バターは冷蔵庫に入れてくれました。

Cons:

部屋は狭く暖房は効きませんでした。
掛け布団は受付で頼まないとありませんでした。
バスタブ付きの部屋を期待してましたが小さいシャワーだけでした。

A nice well-run central hotel let down by a tiny room..for 5 nights this spoilt our trip.
Pros:

Hotel Boreal is very well-located and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and took the breakfast option. Apart from the weekend when the hotel was extremely full, we found the breakfast arrangements excellent with a mix of cooked food, fruit and savories. Staff always attentive. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. Overall it was good.

Cons:

Our rooom (311) was really disappointing and bore no relation to the picture we saw when we booked, nor that on the confirmation note. It had a double bed but no space for two people to relax (just one chair and a tiny desk). The bathroom door barely opened with any free space into the toilet and shower area. Basically, the room was adequate for only one adult, not two, with a double bed squeezed in. I have encountered this disappointment before when using Booking.com and wonder whether properties downgrade those of us who don't book directly with the hotel and give us sub-standard rooms. I've raised this question before with Booking.com during an equally disappointing experience in Spain but never got a reply.

Great location and value for money!
Pros:

Location is amazing! Very clean rooms, towels are changed daily, good breakfast - eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cheese, meat for sandwiches - everyday the same.

Cons:

The smell in the room. We always kept window open. Building and rooms are really old and need a total renovation. What the hotel is doing - they are trying to keep it together as it is just by fixing small things. The water in shower is really slow stream. Loud environment at night.

Good location but quite basic for the money
Pros:

Central to the city just off a side street. Happy to store luggage for you

Cons:

Can be quite noisy outside. Room 302 needed a full length mirror on the wall, a fridge and a hook to hang towels as the only one was in the shower

Sprzątanie codziennie w tym wymiana ręczników.

Cons:

Trochę brakuje wentylacji, trzeba było wietrzyć pokój bo średnio pachniało z łazienki, ale to nie był jakiś duży problem.
Drzwi od łazienki otwierają się do środka co utrudnia korzystanie z niej, ale też do przeżycia przy krótkim wyjeździe.
