Stay was good, clean, pool was clean.

Really bad and wouldn’t stay back here again

The cleanliness was alright and outlook was better

Cons:

We had a water disruption for 4-5 hours with no backup. I had two small kids and the front desk was unable to answer when it would be fixed. Water was unavailable from 6.30pm onwards. I waited till 9.10pm for it to be fixed and when it didn’t, I had to go out and find alternate for me and my family to use restrooms and cleanup. The TV in the room didn’t work. Bathtub had extremely slow flow of water drain and was almost clogged. The microwave oven was not plugged in and we had to change its position with permission from front desk to move it. Most of all, there’s no customer service and the front desk is not at all friendly or even courteous

It was overall okay.
Pros:

That it was close to my work. The hotel was good for what it was.

Cons:

The check-in process was ridiculous because the clerk did not know how to check us in via third party and we got charged twice.

Pros:

Wall coming apart by the AC unit, with a piece simply leaned against the wall.
Room coffee maker was missing a part.
Loose outlets. Can’t believe there are no USB charging spots in 2025. No place to hang clothing, as the closet was locked, with a do Not Disturb sign hanging on it.
Hallway was quiet and parking was convenient.
