Pros:

The owner, Mr. Rıdvan Ozcan, is a gentle and easy going man. My husband and I arrived at Sinop bus terminal at 7:30. He let us checked in right away. He upgraded our room from a studio flat on the ground floor to a 1-room flat on the first floor without extra charge. We enjoyed the sea-view, sunrise and sunset. The flat is not new, but clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is functional, but there isn't an air-conditioner. It's September, so it's cool at night. The pansiyon is 20min walk to the Karakum beach, and 35min walk to the city center. Alternatively, if you don't have a car and don't want to walk, you can take a minibus. It costs 25TL to the city center and 30TL to the Sinop otogar. The minibus stop is 5min walk away. BIM or A101 is 15min walk away. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are budget travellers like us, I would recommend this place.

Pros:

Mattress was very uncomfortable and had hair on it, room was extremely hot with no AC, curtains had no black out and too much light came in the room starting at 5am, bathroom was very small with no room for a proper shower. Overall, this property should be no more than €15 per night!

Great Place, Great View. A little out of the city but plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. Otherwise, there is a bus stop about 1km following the road above the property.
The owner was gracious enough to stay up past midnight in order to allow my check-in.
The bed is very comfy. It actually has a pillow top!

Sinopun yarımada kısmında kalan apart biraz marketlere uzak ama manzarası harikaydı. Sadece banyoda sabun ve şampuan gibi malzemeler yoktu.
