We've been traveling for over a week and this was The nicest hotel that we had stayed at. the staff and management were unbelievable. The room was exceptionally clean and morden.. Holiday inn Express will definitely be tops on our list. Ron

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They let me check out early due to the snow storm. Food was tasty and staff was pleasant.

This is our second year here we love this hotel and will definitely be back. The pool is great, the service is excellent and a great breakfast set up!

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn while visiting Hershey’s Chocolate World and it was such a wonderful experience.
From the moment we walked in, Nick made us feel so welcome. He immediately gave us a map and shared helpful information about nearby attractions, which made planning our visit so much easier. It truly set the tone for our stay. During breakfast, he went above and beyond, making sure everything was fully stocked and that all the guests were happy and comfortable.
The rest of the staff was equally amazing. They organized a fun Valentine’s night with bingo, free munchkins, coffee and even a lucky draw! It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay extra special. The lady with glasses (I wish I remembered her name!) did a fantastic job hosting bingo and made sure everyone was having a great time.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is very family friendly and the heated pool was a big plus. Overall, it was the perfect place for a little staycation.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

The gentle man at the front was sweet. When ever I passed him he would ask if I needed anything.

I have to say Nick was amazing! I checked in solo without my service dog this trip and even though my girl wasn’t there I wouldn’t have known it. Nick was right there anytime I needed anything. There was an issue with the elevator opening and closing on the 3rd floor not only did he move me away from the elevator he upgraded the room for the inconvenience and helped me move my belongings to the new room! When I say this crew is amazing it’s no understatement. A must stay at during your travels!

Thank you Nick for last minute great quality stay! Stayed with family and a young child and all was fabulous. Thank you again!

It’s very good! I love this hotel. This Holliday Inn is very good, big parking for my 53 feets trucks, and Nick is very good, and Zee also is very warm and good. Swimming pool is very warm and gym also. Big room and very clean and good. And the price is good and Zee is very helpful to help me. To find the best deal.
