Above and Beyond
Pros:

I have to say Nick was amazing! I checked in solo without my service dog this trip and even though my girl wasn’t there I wouldn’t have known it. Nick was right there anytime I needed anything. There was an issue with the elevator opening and closing on the 3rd floor not only did he move me away from the elevator he upgraded the room for the inconvenience and helped me move my belongings to the new room! When I say this crew is amazing it’s no understatement. A must stay at during your travels!

Awesome big room and swimming pool
Pros:

It’s very good! I love this hotel. This Holliday Inn is very good, big parking for my 53 feets trucks, and Nick is very good, and Zee also is very warm and good. Swimming pool is very warm and gym also. Big room and very clean and good. And the price is good and Zee is very helpful to help me. To find the best deal.

Great service and hotel!
Pros:

Excellent manager Nick and facility A plus!!!! Great can’t wait to come back! The room great clean, breakfast fantastic!? Heated hot tub great in winter. The entire staff friendly and helpful

The location is great , 15 minutes from the park and a straight shot to it

Cons:

First night there was a BED BUG i got bit like 6 times . At almost 1 am I woke up with bites and we found a bed bug. I reported it right away and the person at the desk moved my room my kids were sleeping so i had my wife stay with them while i handled this . So while looking the first new room I checked the beds and one bed had like some blue stains on the sheets so we went to another room. The other room looked fine so we moved our kids ans all out stuff around 3 am. Next day there were ants all over the night stand . Reported it and this is were my frustration came from .I told them I hardly slept the first night so just refund me for the first night because I understand certain things are out of people's control. They were giving me excuses and trying to say but we moved your room etc. Common sense is you're supposed to do that at the very least when you have that situation. After I reported the ants and asked where is the manager I was told he couldn't come because a death in the family. So I said ok I understand i still want to be refunded for the first night and there's alot of ants in the room im in. They offered to put me in the king suite but again tried to avoid refunding the first night . I didn't want to move all my stuff again especially I was there only 2 nights . Finally things got moving when I contacted booking.com and sent all the pictures to them. Worst hotel experience I ever had.

did what I needed
Pros:

clean, efficient, good staff, did what I needed. Not fancy but had what I wanted and worked well, I would stay there again

prepackaged breakfast, VERY small parking spaces (I was driving a standard pickup truck)

Mold in the rooms and the staff were rude and dismissive of our concerns.

The location would have been nice considering we were attending a concert at Hershey.

There was mold in multiple rooms that they put us in. Including on the bed and large spots on the walls.
