Could have been better
Pros:

Checking in it was if the front desk person was going to thank us for booking with them but then saw i booked a third party so he stopped. He had messed up the girl before us reservation.

I do not know how they got a cleanliness award because pool was dirty , hair on ground. No towels. I told the guy also no lids for coffee. Didnt seem to care. Tea not restocked in morning.

Room was good beds comfy but my pillow had blood on it .
Towels in room were dirty and shower head and faucet falling off. Shower also felt as if it had not been clean in a while :(

Hershey Family trip
Pros:

Nick and staff was great! Welcoming and always ready to assist. Location was ideal for Hershey. Will definitely be back as this is the second time we stay at those location.

Broken blackout curtain. Unable to sleep.Refuse Room 216!
Pros:

When we checked in we tested the blackout curtains. They are electrically activated instead of having ropes or chains. They did not work. I asked for our room to be changed. That request was refused. The lady at the front desk said they just needed to be charged. She came up to the room a couple of times, and brought wall warts. She saw that the curtain in pictures was broken on her last visit and said she would speak to the manager. The manager never bothered to try to change our situation.

Nice hotel when visiting the Hershey, PA area
Pros:

Was visiting the wineries and museum in the area. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable- on the weekdays.
If coming on a spring/summer weekend, be prepared that there are many families with young children due to the proximity to HersheyPark.

But the hotel itself was quite nice- one can tell that the owner/manager really take pride in the hotel
