Western Inn and Suites

The room appeared clean. The staff was very engaging, helpful and gracious. The property has some issues. The Wi-Fi was down, the ice machine broke the day before we arrived, the microwave had food on the tray that hadn't been cleaned up, the TV input was wrong and took some work to get operational. Generally dilapidated condition. This is a clean room for the purpose of overnighting, not much else.

The hotel has mold and water smells like mold…didn’t stay my 2nd booked night!

The showers were nasty the heads had mold or something all over them

Just checked in, but the clerk was very friendly. Can't say much on the room cause it was late when we checked in, but you can definitely tell it's smoking. We don't smoke, but it was the only one available when I booked the room.

Clean room, quiet, friendly and helpful was the receptionist.

There were some crickets in the hallway and around the door to the room. The shower curtain did not want to stay closed due to the angle of the shower rod, so the floor got wet. Those were really my only two issues. It was an overall decent experience.

Don’t even consider this hotel. It’s ready for the bulldozer. We had lots of insects spiders holes in the wall, old towels that we were afraid to use the problems are so bad. The owners must know, but aren’t doing anything about it or can’t do anything about it. This place is out of money And not surprised if it closes soon. The hookers are not even using this hotel, It’s so bad.

Nice and cheap

Room was clean but worn (paint chipping from woodwork, pulled threads in carpet). Water pressure not great. Pillows misshapen and lumpy.
Desk staff is very friendly.

I stayed there a week and the TV only worked the first day. Bathroom was outdated. The rug looked dirty. Otherwise, okay place to stay for the price I paid.

The manager was awesome! I lost the keys before I made it in the room. Thank you so much for making me new ones. I found them by the way.

Stayed here years ago. Always clean. Good location. Bathroom needs some TLC

This is an OLD OUT DATED DIRTY PROPERTY, the pool and hot tub are concrete holes not possible to get working soon. Carpet was torn lighting was very dim

Water stains on the ceilings. Unclean towels. Nasty bathroom

The rooms were not up to date and had bedbugs. Me and my family have several bedbug bites they should refund the whole week

I arrived late due to traffic and rain in Texas. I finally got to the room and it smelled like urine. It was too late and I was too tired to complain because I had planned to leave before checkout. The bedspread had a stain on it. The carpet looked dirty. I took pics.

Room was dirty. Would not stay here again.
